      My mother bought my son an unlocked iPhone 6s through Walmart.com from this company. Twice weve needed to return the phones because they lied and said the phones were completely unlocked.

      dear customer. this device is unlocked for many carriers as stated in the listing. make sure you are using an activated simcard and also some carriers do require you to call them with the imei number of the device. if you are having difficulties we have no problem accepting the return as long as it is within the return policy.

      Good Day In June 24th. 2023, I paid ***** $ a total price to buy the Unlocked Rugged Smartphone, Plum - Gator7, 4G LTE online from a third party seller called Blue Bird Wireles at *******.com.I bought the phone because, I read on the sellers description that the product they sell Plum Gator 7 is :Shock, Water, and Dust resistant. The 5.7" HD display of Plum gator 7 isbuilt with Gorilla Glass 3 and is shatter and scratch resistant (not indestructible) .So I bought it to escape the scratch problem. I received the phone on June 29th. 2023. but in August 3rd. 2023, I discovered a minor scratch on the phones screen. I contacted the seller through walmart.com seeking a solution and rectification .Blue Bird Wireless replied in the same day telling me that the phone has passed the return periode. My concern is; I was fooled by the deceptive description from the seller on *******.com and made a decision to buy the phone and when the scratch happen I found no positive response from the seller.I am seeking justification to the deceptive business practices of Blue Bird Wireless which is manifested through their store on ******* Market Place at *******.com in regard to this phone incident.I included documents to support and serve as references for my claim Thank You ***************************

        The only legal definition for my complaint is that I have been deceived through a deceptive business practice..

      Blue Bird Wireless website at the ******* Marketplace, literally; states that " The 5.7" HD display of Plum gator 7 is built with Gorilla Glass 3 and is shatter and scratch resistant. (not indestructible). without confirming the accuracy of the statement before convincing customers to by the product using the deceitful language used in the website.                Indestructible refer to destruction ....not vulnerability or susceptibility to scratches.

      Blue Bird Wireless participated in a consumer abuse case and they will pay for it now and in the future. The future will prove or disprove my point.

      Hello, I brought these **** PHONES from BLUE BIRD WIRELESS ON JANUARY 9. However, the **** PHONES dont work at all. I took it to the ******** store to get them turned on; they are not on a 2g network, so that we could use them. However, bluebirds refuse to return my refund. I am so ****** off about this, and I would like my refund back, please.

      However, yall new these phones wasnt in network but still decided to sell them. Also, bluebird is selling phones thats not working. Look at all these reviews  and its like more. I will not stop here I will take this to court. You will not keep my money with my handicap son suffering because these phones doesnt work. You took my hard working money and new these phones wasnt on 2g network.

      I purchased an unlocked iPhone SE 2022 through Walmart.com the description stated it worked with ******** When my dad (bought him as a gift) went to activate it it showed that it was locked and not able to be used. I have sent 3 emails since the 27th of December and have yet to hear back or have a resolution. I either need a refund of $416.23 or a New IPhone SE 2022 that is compatible with ********

      I purchased two iPhones from this business and my two kids opened them on Christmas and one phone worked and the other did not. I have reached out to the company and they said to try a different charger but that did not work, I have asked several times for something to be done and still I have not heard from the company. I would like something to be resolved because I have a phone I paid for and cant use it is stuck on a lit up black screen.

      I ordered an IPhone via ******* website but never received the phone. Once I received the notification it was delivered I looked for the package. I started looking outside in a frenzy because its was raining and I didnt want it to get wet. No package. I contacted ******* and they told me to wait because sometime they update the system early. I never received the cheaper phone from *******. See my correspondence with them. I attached that Apple was able to delivery me a more expensive phone to my address. It was delivered and I am using it. The phone they claim they sent has not arrived. The threat is unprofessional. Technology has come a long way. They can locate the phone. They dont need to threat people. For the most part people are good and honest. This company is not one of those.

      this customer placed an order. we shipped the order and received delivery confirmation from the carrier. Delivered
      Friday, 05/13/2022 at 1:20 pm. the customer stated that she did not receive the item. we informed the customer to check her property and to ask her neighbors if they are holding her package.the customer stated that she did not receive the package. 

      if a customer states that they did not receive their device, we report the device as stolen and notify the carriers mail fraud department.
