    Purchased an 'Open Box' Hotspot through ********* Blue Bird Wireless was listed as the seller. Product was advertised as containing all the original Netgear parts. The ** adapter which arrived with the hotspot was not the NETGEAR power adapter, but a generic 'off-the-shelf" ** adapter which would not power the device. I emailed ****************** about the issue and almost 4 weeks later, still no reply of ANY kind. I returned the product to ******* who issued me a full refund. Wish I'd read the BBB reviews on Blue Bird Wireless before I went through all the hassle - I'll never buy anything from them again.

    I bought an iPhone on walmart.com through bluebird wireless. I didn't understand iphone so I returned it. The insert said iphone must be reset to get refund. Walmart tech helped me reset it. Bluebird reached out that they received the package and sent proof the iphone was not reset. Bluebird did not recharge me as the insert said they would. Instead they worked with me in getting it unlocked and reset. I highly recommend this seller. They could have just charged me and been done with it. I read all the bad reviews and I do not agree. The phone I got was in great working shape and the company communicates well. I only returned it cause I use android and don't understand apple. Thank you bluebird., I look forward to shopping from you in the future Stefani ******

    I try to return the smart phone to ******* store.they said they can't take the phone. Because the serial number don't match two different numbers on the phone and the boxes. I just wanted my money back before September 5 but I'm having trouble to send it back.

    I order an awesome flip phone from this company, when I asked them if it was compatible with AT&T they said yes. I still have the emails. When I took it to AT&T, they said it was not compatible with their service. I have a problem with dishonest company's!!!
