      Please be advised that the customer's order was delivered today July 26, 2024. I have attached a screenshot below. We have not seen any emails from the customer. 

      The order was placed on July 22, 2024, with **** Ground Advantage shipping, which can take up to 5 business days for delivery.

      I placed an order on 7/11 which was re-routed. I attempted to pick it up at the new location, which is a distance from my house, it was not there. I requested a refund as I am not able to keep going back to the 2nd location, I paid $10 to have it delivered to my home. I was told I had to wait for the item to be returned to them, which was supposed to happen on 7/24. I've reached out to Gotham SEVERAL times and just kept being told I have to wait, because *** hasn't returned the item. It is now 9/22, they've stopped responding to emails and I still have not received said refund. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.

      I purchased Groupon coupons to use on the site Gotham Cigars.com in ***** ******* I contact them about the code GQB497S6ANQZ) does not work.I do not understand two weeks have gone and get no response. I purchased a total of three of those none of them work *** contacted Groupon they told me theres no refund.

      I ordered an item on Wednesday, October 19 and paid $64.99 for Next Day AIr. Today is Tuesday October 25, and the item still has not shipped from Gotham Cigars. I would like a refund of the shipping costs, and the cost of the item if it never ships. The tracking provided states "Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet." I have called multiple times about this, and the associates just say that it was shipped and that *** is wrong. I called *** and they stated they do not have the package, as it was never scanned in their system. Order *******. Tracking:1Z94VW20A297370915
