      I ordered a polo shirt (order #******) on 12/21/2023. I paid $66.98 on my credit card. I made several attempts to contact the company to update me on the status of my order and in April they informed me that they dont have that particular item in stock and offered me a gift card to purchase any other item for the same amount $66.98. I accepted and on 04/11/2024 I ordered an other polo shirt (order # ******). I contacted them and asked them as to why the order is not fulfilled I found their answer unsatisfactory talking something about their warehouse. I have requested a refund so far nothing happened. At this point I am tired and do not want to deal with their excuses. Please feel free to contact me if there is any questions I can answer.       I ordered some clothes (ORDER #******) on 11/092023 and I paid $108.38 USD on my credit card. now it's the mid of April and I still don't get anything. I still haven't received my order. I contacted the company numerous times to get an order status, shipping confirmation or tracking number. but they always reply but nothing has still happened. I requested a refund. but Instead of refunding my money, they offered me store credit. but I don't want to deal with them anymore.Feel free to contact me anytime if if there is any questions I can answer. Promised shipping details.8 ***** Advised there were 'difficulties packaging and shipping my order correctly but matter was fixed, and I'd get a 10% discount.'11 ***** Received Thanks fo my request to ship package and assurance it would be prioritised. Confirmation a 10% refund had been processed and then advice that once that had been completed, I would 'be refunded partially.'...........No details on the further 'partial refund'12 ***** Requested shipping details and received a generic response again from '*****'13 ***** Requested shipping details again and received a response indicating they were 'working hard to ship my order / lots of emails' (imagine that!) 'ask for patience / no-one will be ignored / will respond asap.'14 ***** '*****' assured me he had 'followed up the Fulfillment team to process my order asap and assured me it would be delivered asap.' Still no response on my request for tracking info. I guess it still hadn't even shipped!15 ***** Queried why it still hadn't even shipped.16 ***** standard response re patience / lots of emails / working hard to clear them / no-one to be ignored.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I'd actually really like the product.       My order was first placed on March 19 2023 for 4 different products (modern & long sleeve shirts) including a shipping protection fee. I was informed that there would be a 12 business day delay on fulfillment due to them moving warehouses.I made my 1st complaint to customer service on April 11, 2023, 15 business days after my order was placed. However, despite the wait, I was still not provided a tracking number. **************** informed me that I would be provided with it as soon as possible, as they were apparently still working on my order.I made my 2nd complaint, on May 2, 2023, 30 business days total after my order was placed. No further detail was provided about my order. **************** stated that they required further identification in order to go forward with my order. They requested that I send a copy of my government-issued ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc), in order to confirm my identity. This is an outrageous request, as it is an extremely high-risk request, to send official id over media, due to the risk of hacking. Ultimately, the company has my money (my part of the transaction has been completed) and they still have yet to provide me with the product I paid for.My goal is to now be able to cancel my order and receive a refund of the money I had given for my order. (This complaint was only created recently due to my review not being responded to).

      I made an online purchase to Pologize.shop on September 25, **** (Order Number: *****************). The order was for an Alessio jacket size Medium. Payment was paid through PayPal (invoice ID: ************************* Transaction ID: *********************************** for the amount of $43.58 USD.I contacted the company numerous times to get an order status, shipping confirmation or tracking number. I contacted them on 9/28/23 and they responded claiming I will get a shipping confirmation within a week when it ships. I followed up on 10/7/23 and on 10/9/23 they claimed my order has been processed and I will receive shipping confirmation. After still not receiving any confirmation I again followed up on 10/13/23 on my order. They responded on 10/16/23 claiming the order is being packaged and I will receive shipment confirmation shortly. I again contacted them on 10/22/23 as I still have not received any shipment confirmation. I said this was unacceptable and requested a refund. On 10/27/23 they responded saying they had a chance to look into my order and they claim they encountered some difficulties in packaging and shipping my order accurately. Instead of refunding my money, they offered me store credit. On 10/29/23 I said this was unacceptable and I do not want store credit as I do not want to deal with a company who does business this way. I requested a full refund of $43.58. It is 11/4/24 and I still have not received any response from this company on my refund request and I am seeking your help to get my money refunded. It's been 5 weeks since I placed my order and still they keep giving me the runaround.Feel free to contact me anytime if if there is any questions I can answer.
