    On 8/12 i make an internet purchase at Pologize.com. (order #******) which was confirmed, After a few weeks of not getting a shipment notice I contacted customer service and got what seemed to be BOT response. Yesterday I requested a refund and was emailed that they could issue a store credit. What good is that if they don't ship. Requesting a full refund and reporting to you since they are clearly a fraud.

    Ordered clothing item with expedited shipping for $56.98 on approximately August 11 2023. Now September 12th 2023. Still have not received item or notification that it has shipped. Have tried to contact company, but no response from customer service. Also link for order tracking is broken on their website. Am now attempting to receive a full refund for Order #******.

    Has nearly been 10 days and refund has not been sent to PayPal.  Will start looking into legal recourse since judging by reviews on bbb and ****** searches, at the very least this company is a habitual offender of poor service, or at the worst just an out right scam.

    5/30/2023 - Ordered $97.97 worth of clothes via their Pologize website.Below is a paraphrased email correspondence between me and Pologize ***************** 7/10 - I emailed customer service asking for an update on my order? Its been almost two months and Ive yet to receive my merchandise.7/11 - Pologize responds: We had some difficulties with packaging and shipping your order correctly. However, we have fixed the issue and will resend your order with your approval.7/12 - I reply yes, please proceed with the order. 7/28 - I email asking for another update since an additional two weeks have passed and I have no delivery of items. 7/28 - Pologize sends same message as they did on 7/11. Asking my confirm I still want the items. 8/4 - I ask Is this a hoax? I gave approval to send the items the last message Pologize sent on 7/11.8/8 - Pologize asks me to confirm my mailing address. 8/8 - I confirm my mailing address. 8/10 - Pologize sends they will prioritize its shipment and ensure it reaches me as soon as possible.8/16: I respond I am not happy with this process. *** reached out multiple times and still dont have my purchase. I ask what is going on? Where is my order? 8/17 - Pologize says they have already followed up with their Fulfillment Team to process and ship my items as soon as possible. Once released, it will be delivered to me immediately.8/18 - I inquire if they even have the merchandise to ship to me. I state I will report them to BBB.8/21 - Pologize says they are treating my order as our priority and give assurance it will be delivered as soon as it can. Im asked to wait for the shipping confirmation which contains the tracking number sent via email once an update is available.8/22 - I send I am no longer patient with their process. 8/23 - Pologize asks me not seek legal recourse and they are unable to ***** a refund since my order has been processed. Note: I did not request a refund. To date no delivery has been received.

    I ordered two shirts worth $65 on June 26th order#****** . They still have not shipped it and every time I ask for status they give excuse one after another indicating factory issue, wrong shipment , labor issues and so on.I tried calling them as I found a number on the website ********************************** the number is ************ but that number is a fake i think as it always busy tone. This company seems to be a SCAM and I also think the customer service response is automated and fake. Would advice folks not to ever shop with them . I will be working through my credit card company to hopefully get some coverage and return.

    On April 13th, 2023, I purchased $177 in merchandise, order #Order #******, it is July 10th, 2023 and I have not received my order. Similar to other customers, I was denied a refund and continue receiving emails saying my order is being processed with no success. May 1-June 2-June 5 -July- 9 response: Hi *********, I would like to apologize for the delay in the processing and shipment of your order. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait for an order without any updates, and I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. I have checked your order records, and I can confirm that our Processing team is already working hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. In fact, you should expect to receive a tracking number for your order within the next few days. Once you have the tracking number, you can monitor the progress of your order until it arrives at your doorstep.After three months, team is still working on shipping my order.

    Pologize clothing company. I had placed 2 orders on 5/14/2023 and 5/24/2023. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything. I started to complain via email. In response I was told they had issues but they are worked out. And I would be receiving my orders. On 6/26/23, I received an 2 emails stating my orders are refunded. The first order totaled $63.98. I got a refund of ****. The second order totaled ******. I received a refund of *****. This company needs to be shut down and the owner need to be jailed. What are options for full reimbursement.

    I ordered 2 shirts from Pologize in July 2022. One shirt arrived months later with the material composition label crudely cut off with scissors (presumably to hide the fact it is not made of what they said it was).The other shirt has still not arrived as of 16 March 2023. Pologize refuse to issue a refund because the item is already "on its way". According to their tracking info, it has been "on its way" since September 2022. This business should be closed down. They are clearly selling stock they do not have.

    Hi, I am seeking your help with this company.I ordered on February 3 2023.     I purchased items from Pologize (Order #******) with the sum of $177.87 on 18th January 2023. Since then I have been sending emails to deliver the items or send the refund. I received an email from 24th February that they have send me a refund. I email back to inform them that the refund that they sent to me is for the items that I purchased at Polomano Order #****** ($135.97).Since then I have sent emails and they did not respond back or processed the refund. I will appreciate it if you could help me get my money back.

    I placed an order last March and returned the items and never got a credit to my credit card even though I had a screen capture on the website stating that it would be refunded to the original form of payment. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and pologize came back and said they would only give me a merchandise credit and they had changed their policy on their website since I had purchased the items! Unfortunately that was my only option so I was issued almost $200 in merchandise credit. I redeemed the merchandise credit several months ago and never received the product and now my balance for the merchandise credit shows zero dollars. They are not responding to my emails and their customer service number is out of order. Given this complete hassle and waste of time I want a complete refund to my credit card.
