      I ordered a $73 windbreaker jacket may 25th. It arrived 20 days later and was too small. I submitted a return form and emailed the company in order to return this item and order a replacement for the same order in a size Large. I was asked to pay my own shipping, get my own label, ship it back, email them a photo of the receipt, and then watch the tracking information myself and email the company when the tracking said that it was delivered, because it was being sent to the shipper at their ******* facility and I would likely see the delivery confirmation before they did.I emailed them when it was delivered and let them know that it arrived. I didnt get a response until the day after telling me that I would have to wait ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** the mail.I asked why a gift card necessary? Why is there no regard for customer service.I attempted to call the only number on their site 4 times and every time was sent to a voicemail after a fake automated message after about 3 rings saying all representatives were busy with other customers at the moment.This is unacceptable to me. I would really appreciate some kind of assistance. I just want to place the order for the size Large exchange for this jacket so I can get it in a reasonable time frame. Its been almost a month since this initial order was made and Im currently waiting for a gift card for an exact exchange.I would also appreciate shipping cost compensation if possible.

      I made a shoe order(2 pairs) from pologize on May 17 of which the description noted that delivery was latest within 12 days. After 20+ days I sent them an email, finally the product was delivered on June 17th but of poor quality taking into consideration the amount I paid for it. Also the color coding is different. After which I can not get hold of them in order to return the product since the phone they have provided, no one is answering it. I just need to send their products back and get my refund. Thanks

      I placed order ****** and determined that the clothes were not the exact fit I was looking for. I want to return these, but Pologize just suggested that I give these to someone for Christmas or a birthday. Honestly.Further, I placed order ****** that HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET and asked them to cancel it. They refused. Look, I just want this business to function like any other business in the world. The clothes aren't the right fit, and I don't need them, so I want to return them for a full refund. Why is this such a challenge for pologize?

      I am rejecting this response because: they are refusing to offer a refund. The business requires that I get a "store credit" from them which they know I will never use. This is unreasonable. This business is not functioning like any other apparel provider in the world. I expect a full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company says "when the chargeback is done I will get my money" or something. What does that mean? Why can't this just be a reasonable company in the first place. As it is, there is no resolution, no timeline for a resolution, and I am dealing with Pologize's email staff who sends cryptic responses in three-day gaps. I will reply to them literally within minutes, and hear nothing for days. Their response on this ticket is the same as an email response. I don't know what it means. I have no resolution.

      In the meantime the customer has opened a chargeback on the order, so we are not able to refund it. We will wait till the chargeback is over, if the bank decides to leave the amount on our account, we will refund it to the customer.

I received duplicate items and an items with wrong size ad missing item, i have attempted so many times to get the matter resolved, send me my missing items, send correct size items and send me info to return duplicate item and in correct size item. Pologize team answers when they want and asks me same questions again and again, this order was placed back in Jan 17 2022. This company does not care about their customers nor are concerned with making things right.

      Purchase date March 21-2022. $98.38. Order #******. After purchasing a clothing item from this website that was promoted on Instagram I looked them up and it appears that a scammer started this site only a few weeks ago and everyone says they stole their money or shipped them basically trash clothing as a bit of a middle finger to those who purchased. I called and emailed to cancel my order. The phone number is fake (it says due to high call volume agents are slow but that is clearly not true), the products are not real, you cannot reach anyone. It is a total scam and was promoted on Instagram. Please shut this company down

      I placed an order with Pologize on XX-XX-XXXX for 273.72. There are 8 items in the order, and everything but 1 item was supposed to be a size small. One of the shirts ordered was a medium, because the size small was out of stock in this shirt. According to the photos of the clothing advertised and modeled, these items are supposed to fit snugly,but even if that's not the case, they at least need to resemble the size that is ordered.These did not. I'll start with the beginning of my concerns. I placed an order on November 15, waited several days for an email on shipping, and it finally comes on November 23, I use the tracking number provided, and they are using Trackiest,but I can't really tell anything by this,so I copy the tracking number and try it out with Fed Ex, because no carrier has been shown yet, and Bingo, it is indeed being shipped through FedEx. However, it hasn't reached the states yet, I find out, from further investigation,because through Fed Ex I can see that it is coming from China. Why would it be coming from China if Pologize states they are a U.S. based company? This is the first deception. There is no address anywhere on this company's web page, and when you do contact them, you are informed,automated,that there's high call volume so you will have to leave a voicemail. Every single time you call, this is what you are told, so as to never let you speak to a live agent. I left an email stating that I would like to know where my shipment is., I receive an email today at 3:42 A.M. this morning, in regards to my voicemail to them inquiring about the whereabouts of my shipment. Well, I received the shipment yesterday (XX-XX-XX),so that was quite a delay in response time. My son wanted his denim jacket before Christmas, so I took it out and he tried it on, and the sleeves are too short,and NOTHING in this order resembles a size small. A 14 day return policy is not helpful, and the ******** has to pay for it. Sizes are not SMALL,they are XL!

I don't understand what you're asking me to do, and why you're asking me to do it. If a ******** tells you that something is too big for them to wear, you should at least take their word for it. I will send you pictures with my son wearing the items that we want to send back, that are in the pictures I sent previously,but to measure something and then send photos of my doing so is not going to solve my issue of them not fitting my son, and he doesn't want want to keep them.I can measure them all day long, but they're still not going to fit him. My son is 6 ft tall, and about 150 pounds. He can't fit the three items that I want returned at all, and the others, he can just barely fit.If I had known these items were being shipped straight from China, I wouldn't have ordered from this company, plain and simple. I had to wait far too long for the order, and the 14 day return window isn't helpful, since the ******** has to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the items are what they thought they ordered, or if the colors are what the photos on your site advertised, or if they fit properly.
