I purchased clothing items from this company on August 16. Those items were supposed to arrive by August 24. They never did. I contacted the company on Sep 7 and requested that they cancel the order given that 3 weeks had passed and I didn't even have a tracking number. They refused and insisted that the products were simply delayed and that orders can ONLY be cancelled within an hour of ordering. It's now Sept 29 (over 6 weeks later) and still not product, tracking number or communication. I want Pologize to cancel this order and refund my money immediately.Business Response

Under ORDER # ******, on September 2nd 2022, I bought a GRAY/M Pologize Slim Wool Coat 1 for USD$125.99 together with a Insuredcart - Shipping Protection 1 for USD$1.99, and a 10% discount for subscribing. All for a full price of USD$115.19.Its September 24th 2022 and not even a tracking number has been given so far, despite the fact Ive been using their fictious *********** at https://pologize.com/pages/help-center where a bot called Aura replies with standard answers assuring me I will receive an email containing shipping information, including a tracking number, to what Im obviously still waiting.Its curious that then they asked me to review the resolution process given by ******. Apparently they do not only scam people but also cannot even agree with how to name their own bots.Since I had no tracking number, and no solution was given through the previous process, I tried to track my order #****** using the track your order feature at https://pologize.com/a/track-your-order and all I got was this message Just a moment!SEEMS THAT YOUR ORDER IS BEING TRACKED FOR THE FIRST TIME. I ordered summer clothing from this company on June 28, 2022. They estimated delivery within 12 business days, which would have been July 13. They were full of excuses; I kept checking the tracking number they provided. On August 22, they claimed the package was delivered by *********** No sign of it. No response to my last request for more information or a refund. Even if the clothing HAD arrived -- 2 months after I ordered it-- it would be out of season by now. I wish I had checked their BBB rating before placing my order.Business Response

I placed an order through Pologize for a polo shirt(which I had seen on numerous other sites) and a wallet.In 2 days it will have been 6 weeks since I have placed and paid for the order. I have contacted Pologize 4 times about the status of my order and each time have received what seems to be a pre-written response for generic complaints. My order has still not been shipped. I asked that Pologize cancel my order and refund the amount paid to my credit card. Thier response was that because their orders are custom made, they offer a one hour cancelation window, which has already closed. Not sure how you can custom make a wallet and a polo shirt that I've seen on 4 different sites though. I would like a refund to the items I have purchased.Business Response

On July 16th I placed an online order with this company, they charged my credit card the full amount $146USD without ever processing said order. My order has never been shipped nor have I received a tracking number. I have contacted them via their customer service email and via their website and only received one generic response over a week ago stating that they would be back in touch soon. They will no longer respond to emails and do not answer the phone. I will be filing a dispute with Mastercard in Aug 15th when it has been 30 days since my order, so Mastercard can ensure I am reimbursed. This company needs to be shut down. I am rejecting this response because:I can confirm that I have received my order last week. However, I would still like for a complaint to be on record regarding Pologize. I placed the order at the end of May and did not receive it for another three months. I tried for many, many weeks to reach them by phone, e-mail & ******** message regarding my order. They never answered the phone or returned my phone calls. If and when they did answer my e-mails and ******** messages, I typically received some archaic message in return regarding the status. Furthermore, it was not until I had launched a transaction dispute with PayPal, a transaction dispute with my credit card, a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau, a complaint against them through the ************************* a complaint against them with the ************************ in the **************** (where supposedly the business is located), a complaint against them with the ************************ in the state of Washington (where I resided at the time of placing the order) and my complaint being forwarded from the ******* ************************ to ******** consumer protection agency did they finally send me a tracking number. Even with this, they didnt respond until a month and a half after these actions were initiated. Furthermore from correspondence *** received from a number of these entities, it sounded like they didnt respond to them until the last week or so.
They can have their money, but I could care less about the discounts theyre offering me. I will never purchase another item from them again. When I finally did receive the items one of them (the jacket) looked nothing like the photo online. I would happily return it if it were a reputable business, but I dont want many more months of trying to deal with them anymore. *** subsequently donated the jacket to charity. While they can retain their money, I would like for others to avoid the ordeal I went through. Others have written similar complaints against them online. They also use other names, such as Polo Mano, to act like theyre different entities. I think theyre a bunch of cheats and should be ashamed of themselves for their behavior.Sincerely,

On May 12th I ordered a shirt (order ******) it arrived on May 16th. On the same day, May 16th, I started the return process. Per their request, I returned the item within 7 days, shipped to their requested address with the correct order information. Their instructions stated "We will provide you with a gift card so you can buy the item free of charge (in the same price range).P.S. If you feel like you can use the item and would like to keep it, we can provide you with store credit as a bonus, the amount would be 20% of your payment. I placed an order to Pologize on June 18, 2022 for 3 items totaling USD 119 based off an ad from ********* Per the order confirmation no. ******, they indicated that they were experiencing delays and I should expect shipping confirmation within 12 days. Upon follow up on July 2nd, I received a response that there was a slight delay with my order but it had now been completed; they noted confirmation of shipping would follow shortly and delivery within 1 - 2 weeks. This promise was however not honored and to date has not been fulfilled. I have followed up countless times but my emails are either ignored or I receive excuses relating to production delays. On May 1st, I placed an order with the online company Pologize.com, my order consisted of 3 items- 2 t shirts and I pair of pants. Pologize Business Mandarin Collar Polo Shirt 1 Blue / S $43.99 Pologize Business Mandarin Collar Polo Shirt 1 White / S $43.99 Pologize Casual Fit Elastic Pants 1 Dark **** / 30 $37.99 Total $125.97 Upon receipt of the item, i found that the pants were defective as there was no hole for the button of the pants and both t-shirts were not as pictured on the company website with regards to the collared design. Upon receipt of the items, I called the company but the number given did not have a person to speak with and was disconnected even trying multiple times on various days/times.
