      I placed an online order with Satpro LLC for and ***** Vision Series Attwood LED marine light. The order included Shipping for a total of $134.23. After over two weeks and no product received I tried calling them with no response. Shortly later I recieved an email that my order was canceled and a refund would be issued in 24 to 48 hours. After receiving no refund a week later I contacted my bank to ensure no funds we refunded and followed back up with Satpro through email which I have attached copies of. As of December 21st I still have not received my refund from December 6th. Satpro will not respond to phone calls or emails. I confirmed again today with my bank that no refund was issued.

      I was informed by the business that I could purchased box to connect a off air antenna. I received the box and unable to to connected a off air antenna to this unit. The business will not pay for return freight, but has offered refund the money.

      SatPro tv on 8/24/21 charged my **** for an order $72.71. A number of communications later which they always lied to me nothing ever happened and no order was shipped. Last time I actually was able to reach someone they told me they would send a check. Guess what, they never did. These folks are thieves and they need to be dealt with. M

      I purchased a marine radio in March 2022 & it was paid for then.Months went by and it was not received. I called ********** numerous times to check status, but the phone just rang; eventually it hung up on **** gave up & purchased another radio. Now, five months later it arrived. Have emailed and called again numerous times getting no response or answer.

      I ordered a Minolta trolling motor in April. I was told that they were out of stock but would be in by June. I spent over &**** for this item. Since June I have attempted to call many times with no answer or answering machine. I have also sent many emails with no response. Based on the other complaints I have read this seems to be a pattern of practice. This company should not be allowed to conduct business it was clearly a scam. I wish I would have checked BBB prior to ordering.

      We purchased a trolling motor from Satpro last Christmas and they claimed the item was on back order. After multiple phone calls to their support line they said the item will not arrive and they are cancelling the order. They said the charge is "too old" and we should make a claim against our credit card company. Our credit card company rejected that assertion and told us to go back to the merchant for a credit. Satpro has promised a refund multiple times and their ******** page indicates they are doing this to many clients. Satpro is a criminal enterprise

      I ordered a part fo my boat from SatPro.tv on 5/18/22, it cost $399.00. Was told the part was not available. Cancel order and waited for refund. The refund was approved on 5/23/22, and I would received my refund in 24 to 48 hours. Called 3 times and was told I would receive my refund the next day. No refund !

      I ordered a satellite system from sat.pro tv and paid for it in full $316.61 and never received any products and they will not answer their phone. Several times when calling and it ringing for a while someone picks up and then hangs up. What is my recourse of action!? Anyway of taking their website down so others dont get trapped in a web of b/s ??? Thank you

      I ordered a satellite dish from Satpro.tv on 15 Aug and after several phone calls and emails with no apparent status as of 5 Oct I emailed and asked for a full refund. I have received no responses to my email inquiries and the phone number I called just rings continuously with no one answering. I have not received any products and desire a full refund.
