      I had a payment due in August 13, 2024. The payment repeatedly failed to process due to a merchant processing error. Giggle finance sent me a text reminding me of the payment. I told them I was working on getting it to go through. They were repeatedly rude threatening me. The payment wasn't actually late but the company insisted on harrasing me with text messages all day constantly telling me thay they were going to report me to the credit bureau. The agent told me to use a different card, which I did. I also tried to use a personal card to pay but Giggle finance system wouldn't process anything. I called my bank and confirmed it was an error on Giggles end. I repeatedly asked for another way to pay and they refused to give me another option. I told them more than once that I was trying and wanted to make my payment and they responded by telling me that I did not want to pay and I was doing it on purpose. Their refusal to give me another option to pay is going to cause a negative **** on my credit report. I have all of the text messages that were sent to me as proof of their unprofessionalism.

      This company is a total scam. They constantly harass you and ask for money even if you having financial problems. You can never get anyone on the phone. It's a text message only company. Even after they approved me for the loan I never signed any contracts to agree to any terms. They keep texting me rude horrible things and threatening me . This company needs to be stopped. They are not a legitimate company and they false advertise. And I can never speak to anyone.

      Giggle Finance lends money to small businesses. I currently have a loan open with them that I am currently paying back in scheduled weekly payments. I had a scheduled payment for 06/20/2024. The payment was debited automatically from my account like any other payment. However, I noticed there was a double charge instead of the one single charge. I contacted them and they stated there was an error in there system that caused the duplicate payment. The payment was reversed later that day. Today, on 06/21/2024, there has been a third payment wrongfully charged to my account. They do not have a phone number to call and speak to someone, you can only speak through text message. I have reached back out to them about the third charge and they are actively ignoring my messages and refusing to give me a reason as to why my account was wrongfully charged again.

      I received a couple loans from this company, the last loan i received was opened around July I paid my payments. The last text i received was on the day the payment was due demanding payment so I stopped what I was doing at work paid the payment, the man said it was my final payment. So fast forward to now ** continuously getting text messages saying congratulations for paying off your loan giggle is here for all your business needs with that being said their is still a balance showing on my online account so I contact them to see if they can update my online account to reflect that I have paid this off for them to try to tell me now that its not paid off I still owe and theyve tried to contact me which is a lie and I have just received a text this week stating congratulations on payoff after speaking with one of their employees

      Giggle Finance was horribly rude. Sending threatening text and malicious comments via text the whole time. Even when I explained hardship and told them to wait for me to pay in full on loan. Explaining I had account messed up with identity theft and fraud. That I was waiting on new bank info to update them. To which they called me a liar.They charged me several unfair late fees and caused overdrafts on my account resulting in 3 ***** overdraft fees pushing ACH withdraws even when I told them I had no money there to take. Worst lender in *******. Horrible scores. And horrible and rude customer service. I am requesting they be looked into for fraudulent activity and cooking the books. They also threatened to throw me in default even when I was paid current. Forcing me to pay loan in full instead of weekly to escape harassment.

      This company giggle finance continued to harass me even after I asked them not to contact me and threatened to put me in default even when I had payments made current for asking them not to contact me further.  The harassment was beyond Ohio laws of telecommunications harassment as I asked them not to contact me over 20+ times and they continued. This should have void the contract for illegal activities.

      Giggle finance refused to work with me and told me they would not be communicating with better business either.  They said they know their laws and rights and they follow their contracts and dont have to do anything else. 
      they are hugely disappointed and predatory.

      Contacted this company trusting my business loan. Things seemed strange when there was no contact number other than a 888 contact yet when called said they only do text messages. I had many issues and questions about my account and never responded to in time or would be very unprofessional. This marks a bad experience in my loan process and I paid balance in full due to being uncomfortable. Stated I wasnt sure about the original terms until contracted was finalized and its always better person to person. They even spoke about focusing on others who pay ontime ??? Sad when this is the only time i was late and still paid today. This company is very strangely off and I dont feel comfortable with all the long list of threats . I did mention o would report situation being I have no other source of contact. Please have management explain why I was tested so poorly and paid my dues regardless of threats to my bureau credit account. Etc with harassment of my money situation smh truly feel so bad and paid a service. Wow

      I wanted a loan to help me get payments on time reported to my credit, giggle finance advertises that they only charge an upfront fee and then you can make weekly payments.My loan was for 600$, they deposited $556.50 into my BofA account ending in 1238.They make it very difficult to log in as you have to find the special link they send you when they deposit, you can go to their website and log in, I logged in and found out that instead of saying the loan was 600, they have it for $1032.00, Ive made weekly payment of ****** 4 times and it says I still owe $516.00 I did not agree in paying back $1032,I should only payback what I received, you already kept a fee. I cant get a hold of a real person and I demand them to call me and resolve this matter, Ive never missed a payment but if they expect me to keep paying more money after I reach what I got deposited they will find out.

      Ok my complaint starts back from when the time I applied for a loan with this company I applied for a $1200 loan and got approved the only sent me $987 of it and kept the rest and then charged me weekly based on the $1200 I turned in a complaint with an attorney but all they did was send letters now I am requesting my documents on all of my file because they wont let me get back in with out my old number and when I messaged support from their site they wanna get rude and defensive when I am expressing my right of information my information only they are refusing to give me my info they asked me for all that they needed my id and ssn to verify that I am who I say I am they are trying to say they need my bank account information to move forward with that shouldnt be the case if two forms of id is good for the irs with a present picture or view of the person then what I sent them should be good

      1//3/2024 Giggle Finance has extremely questionable business practices. I ran across their website in order to get a short term loan to fulfill a business contract. I completed all of the required forms and questions. I was offered an approval within minutes after they had verified my bank information. After reviewing and signing their loan proposal, and then accepting their terms and conditions, I was sent a text prompting me to add bank routing and account info, which their system would not accept, but that I had to enter this information, and that my loan request would be funded that evening. I then sent a follow up text message, and was then informed that although my application was approved under their automated system, that it was then not approved under manual review. Im not upset that I wasnt approved, but I have several concernsfirst of all, they do not reply to emails. Secondly, their phone number is not monitored. I had tried to call them twice, upon which you get an automated message, and then the call hangs up. The only contact method is via text message. Lastly, if youre unsure of funding a request, they really should be telling customers that they have received a pre-approval, but may be subject to further manual underwriting. Telling someone they are approvedand will be funded within 24 hours, and then notifying them (after customer having to initiate contact) that they truly arent approved is deceptive business. I would not recommend this company based on their questionable practices.

      This company has harassed me for months about a missed payment I was unable to complete. When I tried to reach out, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Then, the company somehow got access to an account I never consented to them having access to. When I tried to reach out to them, I was met with silence. I did not authorize them to take money from said account and would like a refund. I never even received paperwork, a contract, etc. with the terms and agreement.
