    They have taken an unauthorized transaction from a bank account of mine they are not authorized to. This has happened on more than one occasion. They also threaten you if you miss one payment. This is highly unethical.

    I applied for giggle financing 25 February. I read on the website that they report to the credit bureau so I figured their high interest rate which I took a loan for **** got **** have to pay back ******* $ EVERY WEEK for 11 weeks so thats 800$ . I was fine with that until I had some financial issues and explain to them. Hey, I am going to be late the woman, **** texts me back reiterating our agreement so I explain to her if you want to reiterate the agreement the agreement was After 90 days paid off giggle Finance will report to my business credit agency. After five months they still havent done it after three loans back to back they still havent raised the loan amount but they still charge me the same amount which is close to $800 for the loan of **** which I only got **** of it my complaint is if they say theyre going to report to your business credit on my outstanding payback then they should be held liable for false practices on top of that they pulled my personal credit report again without my knowledge without my consent, causing my personal credit to go down **** is rude and unprofessional. She will keep texting you back with sly little comments and give you some emotional distress until you snap. **********

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Giggle Finance regarding their misleading and deceptive marketing practices. Giggle Finance markets a financial product that they advertise as a loan, but in reality, it is not a loan at all. Instead, it is a purchase of future revenue from the borrower's business earnings. This deceptive marketing practice is both illegal and unethical, and it puts vulnerable borrowers at risk.Giggle Finance's website repeatedly markets the product as a loan, even though the contract explicitly rejects the notion that it is a loan. This is a clear case of false advertising, as it misleads potential borrowers into thinking they are getting a loan when they are not. The website also fraudulently promises that borrowers (who are actually "sellers" of their future revenue) have "extreme" flexibility with repayments and can repay their "loans" at their own pace. However, the fine print in the contract requires them to pay a required amount weekly, which is far from flexible.This kind of deceptive marketing puts vulnerable borrowers at risk of financial ruin. Many people who take out loans are already struggling financially, and they may not fully understand the terms and conditions of the loan they are taking out. By misrepresenting the product as a loan, Giggle Finance is taking advantage of these vulnerable borrowers and putting them in a worse financial situation.I am seeking a response from Giggle Finance regarding their deceptive marketing practices and the harm that these practices cause to vulnerable borrowers. I urge you to investigate Giggle Finance's practices and take appropriate action against the company.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    This company is scamming people out of money. They are fraudulent and predatory and they do not answer any calls, its all via text. They are harassing me and giving me anxiety

    Without my consent and authorisation, Giggle Finance accessed my corporate account and took 4 installment from a loan in one single day from an account they were not authorized to debit from. In one single day, they took 4 different unauthorized payments of $141 ($564) from my corporate account which I never gave them access to. This was for a loan.i drew on my personal account which they were supposed to take payments of $141 weekly. With ridiculous high interest for them.Also they fraudulently credit you before revealing their high interest rate because they know you will not accept the loan if you are earlier informed of the terms. they deceptively hit me to payback almost $1500 on a loan if $832 for a duration of only 2 months. Before I was credited I only applied. I was not given the loan terms or anything to sign off on. I just applied and immediately they credited my personal account, with the details I provided during the application. They ought to give terms of the loan for me to choose to proceed or not. But they didn't and paid in and I was stuck with paying double the amount in two months. They were authorized to take weekly payments of $141 from my person account, and I struggle to pay because it was too high. When my personal account was not funded,they forged ACH check in my corporate account and took $564 in one day. Without my knowledge or authorization They should never touch an account they are not authorized to debit from. I only gave them my corporate account details because they wanted to see my cash flow. But they paid the loan into my personal account and were authorized to take payments from my personal account only at $141 a week not $564 at once and worse still from a different account I didn't authorize them to take from. They also claim.its an advance payment from my salary. that's why they want double in 2 months. When I clearly said I'm self employed. They now refuse to respond to my message or refund my money

    I have an account with Giggle Finance, I borrowed money. I signed an agreement that every Monday a payment would be taken out of my account for repayment; however, what is happening is they are taking the payment out of my account twice. The customer service is terrible. You can only reach them sometimes via text and it seems like they only respond when they want to. On both occasions I was sent a text saying the payment did not go through and when I went into my online banking it showed that the payment did in fact go through. The first time I told the lady via text not to try and take the payment out again. She responded 20 minutes later that she just saw the text and had already taken the payment out. It was arranged for no payment to be taken out the following weekend which was ok. The same thing just happened today, and I am very frustrated because unlike the last time, I don't have the money to stretch until next week and I need my money. They took the money out even after I responded right back saying not to and that it had already been taken out of my account. They never responded to that text. Again, I find the nature in which they do business is very unprofessional and truly they are violating their own contract by taking out payments twice. I need to speak to someone about this immediately.

    This company has attempted to make withdrawals from my account prior to the date agreed, 13 times. On the date originally agreed to, I received harassment threats through text messages.My account has had 24 attempts to withdraw since the threats.

    I applied for a small business loan through giggle finance and was told in order to set up funding I would need to speak with someone. The next day I get an email saying I was funded for $596 I was confused because I thought I had to speak with someone to confirm funding. I emailed asap and never heard from anyone. I texted the number provided in the email and was told Id be contacted and was not. I couldnt add a card on my account to make payment even if I was funded. I emailed and called several times with no response so I assumed all was good. Fast forward to now. Im told they filed a lien due to non-paymentwhen I never got funds from them. My account with them says I was funded twice and neither for the amount I was emailed for. Ive been waiting for a response on how to handle this with absolutely no luck. They have been completely unprofessional and I never wish this experience on anyone. I have young children and small business I run. This has been beyond frustrating for me and stressful! This company needs be done and is a scam.
