    I wanted a loan to help me get payments on time reported to my credit, giggle finance advertises that they only charge an upfront fee and then you can make weekly payments.My loan was for 600$, they deposited $556.50 into my BofA account ending in 1238.They make it very difficult to log in as you have to find the special link they send you when they deposit, you can go to their website and log in, I logged in and found out that instead of saying the loan was 600, they have it for $1032.00, Ive made weekly payment of ****** 4 times and it says I still owe $516.00 I did not agree in paying back $1032,I should only payback what I received, you already kept a fee. I cant get a hold of a real person and I demand them to call me and resolve this matter, Ive never missed a payment but if they expect me to keep paying more money after I reach what I got deposited they will find out.

    Ok my complaint starts back from when the time I applied for a loan with this company I applied for a $1200 loan and got approved the only sent me $987 of it and kept the rest and then charged me weekly based on the $1200 I turned in a complaint with an attorney but all they did was send letters now I am requesting my documents on all of my file because they wont let me get back in with out my old number and when I messaged support from their site they wanna get rude and defensive when I am expressing my right of information my information only they are refusing to give me my info they asked me for all that they needed my id and ssn to verify that I am who I say I am they are trying to say they need my bank account information to move forward with that shouldnt be the case if two forms of id is good for the irs with a present picture or view of the person then what I sent them should be good

    1//3/2024 Giggle Finance has extremely questionable business practices. I ran across their website in order to get a short term loan to fulfill a business contract. I completed all of the required forms and questions. I was offered an approval within minutes after they had verified my bank information. After reviewing and signing their loan proposal, and then accepting their terms and conditions, I was sent a text prompting me to add bank routing and account info, which their system would not accept, but that I had to enter this information, and that my loan request would be funded that evening. I then sent a follow up text message, and was then informed that although my application was approved under their automated system, that it was then not approved under manual review. Im not upset that I wasnt approved, but I have several concernsfirst of all, they do not reply to emails. Secondly, their phone number is not monitored. I had tried to call them twice, upon which you get an automated message, and then the call hangs up. The only contact method is via text message. Lastly, if youre unsure of funding a request, they really should be telling customers that they have received a pre-approval, but may be subject to further manual underwriting. Telling someone they are approvedand will be funded within 24 hours, and then notifying them (after customer having to initiate contact) that they truly arent approved is deceptive business. I would not recommend this company based on their questionable practices.

    This company has harassed me for months about a missed payment I was unable to complete. When I tried to reach out, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Then, the company somehow got access to an account I never consented to them having access to. When I tried to reach out to them, I was met with silence. I did not authorize them to take money from said account and would like a refund. I never even received paperwork, a contract, etc. with the terms and agreement.

    Today I asked the company if they could move my weekly payment to next week due to a invoice that never came in, I never heard anything until about 2 1/2 hours later at which point they proceeded to tell me I was two week payments behind that the payments were returned because of non sufficient funds on 12/1 and **** then changed it to saying it was because of chargebacks and they will not do anything until the account was current.. I am currently very current as I told them I even screenshot multiple documents from bank showing I paid them and they were wrong, they continued to tell me they were not wrong their financing confirms it and I need to check the bank I ask for proof of these charges they send me a little strip of paper in the email telling me to verify it as I did on the phone with the bank they to said all payments were cleared there were no issues with any paid items from giggle finance being returned and the bank to thought this was a scam or really bad accounting needless to say they treated me like c*** and demanded I pay 426 dollars immediately or they will report my account as a default and they havent yet as long as I pay right away they began to tell me ******** capital reached out to them and told them that this indeed was owed and Im wrong and they are right after speaking with the bank I stopped all future payments I suggested to them that payments be stopped untill things can get figured out but none the less they never responded another word to me I even asked for a copy of my loan document which you cannot get to on their plat form nor do they send one to email you sign it and its never to be seen again this is c*** I have a ton of evidence please stop these guys they are damaging America and hard working small business entrepreneurs its not ok! I dont know what happens next my loan was for ******* on October 27, 2023 I paid back ******* given there are 11 payments I had ******* left =******* the math is all there and correct and I have supporting documents

    This company is the biggest unprofessional, rude and fraudulent out there. They do not follow any Federal Laws, and threaten its customers via text message. You can never speak to someone via phone or email. They resort to constant harassment and threats via text message. They will steal money from your business checking account, with double or triple withdrawal, all while offending you and threatening you via text.

    This company is a total scam. I use this company To obtain funds that I needed for my business. I was approved And was Told that the funds Were processing to my account. I waited a full week and no funds were issued to my account. When I contacted the company. They said they were going to talk to their finance team. Which I don't think they have. Cause everything is through text message which is weird With the same woman. Never heard from anyone so I left a message stating that I will not be paying for funds that I did not receive. Because my payment was due that monday. I told them that I was going to take legal action and also report them to the better business bureau. When I did that I received a message stating that the funds were cancelled. Which doesn't make sense if they were already transferred to my account. At this point I feel very uncomfortable and I feel like my informations at risk. What I got from the situation is that they are stealing people's information. By false advertising that they can supply funds. They pick a very few people to actually send funds to and the rest they charge for funds that they never received. I had to put a freeze and a stop to payment to make sure that they can't access my account because they have all my information. Doing my research now I see that everyone has the same issue. Or worse. This should not be an active company specially in a financing field. Again their practices are considered illegal and unethical. To anyone reading this i'm sorry they got you. But please leave a review everywhere you can. So we can put a stop to a business that is gathering information and probably selling it. I have not yet received a confirmation email for the cancellation. And probably won't because again this business is a total scam. Be careful because other platforms advertise them

    The company used an unauthorized bank account (my husband's) without consent or speaking to me first. I spoke through someone through text who was very rude and unwilling to remedy the problem or work on creating a solution. I also called the company several times and got no answer or "disconnected"

    To whom this may concern, my name is ******************************* ********, I recently have taken a loan from a company called Giggle Finance. I have been harassed and threatened by them and cannot reach an agreement with them, they have provided you with misleading information and inaccurate information stating I have cursed and threatened them regarding their debt collection tactics when in fact I have not threatened or cursed. Besides the manner of my language and whether it is appropriate I know my rights and I have demands that need to be met. The complaint I filed has now been closed and I have provided feed back. I do not know who to send their messages too. They have only contacted me through text and have been aggressive and misleading stating I will get a $1,500 default fee if I dont pay in 2 minutes. I have had my account sent to collections and an Attourney will contact me when I have had no contact. My reputation and responsibility is on the line because they have made those accusations. Along the way I have made payments to a faulty website that takes more than what is owed, sent, and/or filed on payment. I request this service to protect my rights and privacy when I have been harassed and abused through this company. I have photo evidence to everything I accuse this company of and according to Fair Credit Reporting Act 611 (5) (A) Any false or inaccurate information on my credit must be removed. According to FDCPA I am protected from deceptive practices to collect debt. I have below the Acts of law I am entitled under Both FCRA AND FDCPA. Request/Demands 1. To remove this company from further action upon my credit report. 2. To investigate this company as a whole and look at their website.3. To contact me with details about the investigation and how I can help with the information I have not disposed of.4. To protect my rights.I await your reply. Once you have fulfilled my request, mail me an updated report reflecting these changes.

    They have taken an unauthorized transaction from a bank account of mine they are not authorized to. This has happened on more than one occasion. They also threaten you if you miss one payment. This is highly unethical.
