            We booked and paid in full for a cruise. Departure date of 4/28/2024. When researching the availability of cruises departing from **** this was available. I had no idea that this was a third party booking. Regent Cruise line cancelled the voyage on February 8, 2024. They cited the reason of dangers in the Red Sea. Regent is refunding all monies within 30 days. However, Luxury Cruises is keeping the $3000.00 they will put it toward the insurance on our next cruise. THERE WILL BE NO NEXT CRUISE. I have no intention of using this scam again. I did not cancel. The cruise line cancelled. ************************* (concierge ******) from Luxury explained oh well thats just the way it works. My husband, a ************* policeman (retired) saved for years for this trip. We are out close to 10 grand in non refundable airfare, accommodations on embarkation and debarking. Disappointed is so many ways. Can you help us. Thanking you in advance for your assistance

            Just want to share an unpleasant experience we encountered on our return trip home from a recent ***********************************, but one that had a happy ending due to *************************, the Reservation Specialist with the cruise line. Unfortunately our initial flight was significantly delayed due to a major storm, causing us to miss our connecting flight back to ***** in *******. From that point, our journey got rather complicated and when we finally arrived at *****, our luggage was no where to be found. One of the first people I contacted was ***** who from that point on took over the search for our luggage. ***** worked tirelessly making contacts all over the world - literally - and updated us at least once a day on the progress that was being made. This went on for 8 days until we got a message from ****** Airlines informing us that our luggage was being delivered that day. Needless to say we were very happy and relieved to finally once again have our luggage, dirty laundry and all!I honestly dont believe that would have been the case if not for ****** persistence and determination to see this situation end successfully. ***** is a perfect example of all the Viking staff we met on our cruise. They were absolutely fantastic and I can personally say they will make your experience truly one you will never forget!
