1 starNorwegian charged my card $100 after a cruise, after contacting them they told me the charge did not exist, so I shared a copy of my bank statement showing the charge. And then they told me it was a bank hold, contacted my bank who told me it was a solid charge from Norwegian, so I went back to Norwegian. At this point they said it was an upgrade charge even though I received no upgrade. I disputed the charge with my bank, and Norwegian lied to my bank saying I got a room upgrade! My bank then closed the case before I could prove that I had not. I have my original invoice showing the stateroom number I was assigned at time of purchase, which was the exact stateroom we stayed in when on board, there was zero upgrade. I followed up with them and they just ignored me. I have emailed Norwegian countless times over the past 8 months and they simply ignore all my emails, never responding! I will never travel with them again and still am owed $100 for their fraudulent charge.Review fromMary W

1 starI strongly Recommend do not take Norwegian cruise. My wife and i took a 15 night cruise with them in December 2024 from ***** to ***********. It was the dirtiest ship that I was ever on. bad food , *****************. Kept repeating. I strongly recommend stay away from Norwegian cruises. They don't care about their passengers and don't take any responsibility for anything. They look for that one time sale and not for future sailings. Yes, I had a couple of issues. We were tested in good health before going on the ship. We happen to develop COVID by the ships medical and over charged over $9,300. They let sick people and customer relations could care less, unhelpful, extremely rude, unprofessional they make you stand in front of the desk for 45 minutes and hope you go away. (if you turn your back they laugh) not helpful. Customer relation in ***** the same. I strongly recommend stay away from Norwegian cruise lines. If you take Norwegian bring a bottle of Lysol to clean your room you will need it. There are much better cruise lines out there that will help you if a problem arisesReview fromConnor J

1 starDisappointing Experience on the Norwegian Epic I recently sailed on the Norwegian Epic and had a frustrating experience. While some staff were friendly, poor organization and service made the trip stressful.Drink ***************** Issues On the last day, I removed my balance as instructed and was assured my drink package would still work. However, my card was disabled when I tried to get a drink. After three trips to guest services and long waits, it was finally fixed.Disembarkation Nightmare Leaving the ship was worse. My family exited, but I was stopped at the gate and told to visit guest services. With no explanation, I waited 30 minutes, only for their system to crash. Instead of resolving it, they sent me to another floor. I refused to run around the ship, so they sent me back to the exit, where a manager quickly cleared meproving the delay was pointless. Over an hour was wasted, and my family waited outside the entire ******************* Food Quality: Main dining was disappointing, with only specialty dining being worthwhile.Customer Service: Some employees were helpful, but many were dismissive or **************** Thoughts Between account issues, poor organization, and subpar food, I cant recommend the Norwegian Epic. I expected a relaxing vacation but spent too much time dealing with problems. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to cruise with Norwegian again.Review fromBonnie S

1 starOn MULTIPLE occasions I have asked to be removed from their email list. There is NO unsubscribe on these emails (you must go to their website and search for unsubscribing). I have contacted the person emailing me (*************) and his response is for me to look at my email, unsubscribe myself, etc. i did a chat with someone at their website who claimed to unsubscribe me but the emails keep coming. I tagged the emails as Spamthey keep coming. I no longer want contact with this company and their support of Project 2025 but they wont leave me alone!!Review fromShawn M

1 starWILL NEVER SAIL NORWEGIAN AGAIN. Norwegian Epic from 1/25th to 2/1 From the very start, our trip was impacted when the ship departed port several hours late. We had carefully planned and booked an excursion that included multiple activities, yet due to the shortened port stop, we were only able to see a single waterfall before having to return to the ship. Similarly, the next port in **************** was cut short, allowing us just a couple of hours on land The fourth port was changed entirely. Instead of visiting *****************, as planneda stop where we had intended to avoid additional spendingwe were unexpectedly docked in ******. This forced us to spend several hundred unplanned dollars just to get to a beach and enjoy a couple of drinks. The aft end of the ship was nearly unusable due to excessive exhaust fumes. We were informed that exhaust issues were contributing to the slides' closures, yet the situation was even more concerning when we realized how much soot was present in the air. On multiple occasions, we noticed a ring of soot forming inside our drinks when left out for just a few minutes. One of my shirts was even stained or burned by particles from the exhaust. We could not stay in the aft of the ship for more than a few minutes before the fumes became overwhelming. While most of the staff were friendly and professional, we noticed that the bars were consistently understaffed, leading to long wait times and noticeably stressed bartenders. Im sure that the bartenders at the aft bar were suffering from the exhaust too.We were further disappointed when we found that most of the things included with our cruise package were already completely booked out. There was no room to attend many shows, with crowds forming at the entrances and access to specialty restaurants was non-existent.When we wrote them about the experience, they said sorry, but no refund or replacement would be offered. WILL NEVER SAIL NORWEGIAN AGAIN.Review frommatthew F

1 starIf i could give them a 0 i would . This was my first cruise . Came with my girlfriend, her dad and brother . We all bought our tickets at the same time . We got the drink packages *** everything with the free at sea . The next day we upgrade her dad and brothers room to a window room and kind you this is all with the travel agent that is on *** website . We were told theyre upgraded everything good to go . They paid extra $371 for the upgrade.. We paid for the cruise in september and the cruise was just now beginning of January . We get on the boat and they immediately tell us that her dad and brother no longer have the free at sea package and drink packages that were already paid for . They tried to tell us the promotion changed the next day in which it didnt bc we checked back in november and same deal was there and it was cheaper and we even asked if we could get it for the cheaper price and they said no . So we know the program didnt change like they said it did . They couldnt provide any paperwork showing they refunded for the free at sea package or the drink packages . So they had to buy the packages again for the second time . We talked to KitKat head lady they said whos really ********* ***** and also the ships Captain . They said theres nothing theyre going to do . Theyre not going to refund anything back to us . We got the paperwork and what they did was took away the free at sea and drink packages and changed the room price and still charged us the upgrade fee. They also told us the travel agents on ***** WEBSITE had no affiliation with them . We also paid for parking ahead of time with a shuttle and when we got there it was a hotel parking lot wide open and no shuttle . They again said oh well is what it is were not refunding anything . The cruise line is an absolute joke and they do this to many people . There is also extra charges on our bills that we have no clue were they came from . BE VERY CAUTIOUS !!!!Review fromStephanie H

1 starThese people are in business to rip people off. I purchased 2 rooms through the *** website on 09/30/24 with the beverage package, dining package and travel insurance. On 10/01/24 I called the number on the *** website because my father needed a room with a window. The agent told me it would be a little over $100 per person to move to a room with a window. No problem she said she could still even keep our rooms close and we would be all set. When my brother and dad boarded and went to grab their drink they were told they did not have any of the packages that we had purchased. We spoke with several customer relations and even went to the customer relations manager all of which told us since they upgraded the room the package was lost. I paid an extra $211 to get a room with a window and somehow that meant I lost an $800 package. No. No one informed me that I would lose the package or that I would pay double its worth on the ship or I would not have booked that room. They are liars and thieves and I will never do business with them again.Review fromDonna S

1 starWe recently were informed by *** that our December 2025 cruise on the Joy was cancelled. We had a group booked with 13 cabins and more that planned on booking. I reached out to the ****************** (***** ******) and included my concerns below. 1st Due to travel restrictions within our group, we must stay within the previous timeframe. The two options we have available, are the Prima Dec 28, 2025 Jan 4, 2026 and the Aqua Dec 28, 2025 Jan 4, 2026 which will be an increase to my group members of $1,200.00 - $3,500.00.The only affordable rebooking option is the 5 day Bahama cruise on the Gem. (Dec 30 25 Jan 4, 26)2nd Since this group was booked way in advance our group discount rate was 15% and 10% now when looking at other cruises it will only be 10% and 5%. It was not my groups fault the cruise was cancelled and if we were to rebook we should be able to get the original group discount rate of 15%.3rd People in my group who booked took the opportunity to by the cruise first credits. Due to cost, choosing the other cruise is not an option, those people can not get their money back ($150.00) Many do not plan to cruise again.4th Lost the double points booking. Also, if we now have to choose a 5 day cruise rather than a 7 day, due to cost, we now loose latitude points.5th I have placed much time in planning this group voyage. I now lose those benefits as we already have a few rooms that cant rebook/dont want to. Cancellations make people lose confidence in booking again with the same They provided 1 alternative to my CC which multiple people in my group had already gone on. I emailed them again after that, and then again after that. Still no response. It is crazy *** thinks a 10% *** is enough compensation. We have since rebooked the 5 day cruise (which the group is now thinking of cancelling) As the group lead I lost 5 rooms as people are not happy with NCL. Bottom Line DON'T BOOK your GROUP voyage with ***. They don't care about you!!Review fromBrittney S

1 star****. We were awarded a cruise from our local casino. I called to book. The flyer states all of these extra "free" perks. We were told we would only have to pay taxes and port fees, while all of these added bonuses were free. ****. Over $4k. What a waste of time. Cruise with a reputable company and stay far away from these clowns.
