Have learned if this company ever begins collecting debt from you immediately begin documenting everything and hire attorney. This company tells you one thing then later says you didn't follow through. I've made payments, call back next month to make another payment as they say they never received prior month payment. Check my bank account & yes they never collected even though having proof of transaction numbers they give for payment. Ready to go to court with my attorney & show judge I've been making payments yet they refuse them. Certain judge will find this odd and side with me.Review from Tom B

Got behind & SchwartzVays was hired to collect. If this company ever contacts you, save all ********************* contact your attorney! Again Immediately contact your attorney!If or Whenever you must contact them make sure you document everything (Repeat Everything) as this company breaks laws, will lie/trick & deceive you. Pay close attention to any aggreements you make such as automatic withdrawal agreement. They will say alls good but won't withdraw then send nasty letters stating their next steps in collections. Tried to contact someone about a letter sent to me in regards to HOA fees. No one answered after several attempts. Contacted HOA " they said they can not help, my account was sent to collections" tried to pay online, account frozen. This seems to be some kind fraudulent activities between PMI ***** and this company. Never received any kind of notice in regards to possible **** being placed on my property.Review from Jamie H

Not in the least bit honest. They'll squeeze every last drop of money from you and more if they can. Oh, and they charge late fees even if you pay on time, and online payment fees, because we all know how expensive it is to pay for anything electronically... Since they have more money to pay for lawyers than you will, good luck if you want to dispute anything. This is as pleasant and positive as I can be about this company.
