    As a relatively new customer of a few weeks, I recently encountered some questions and problems. I reached out to the company via email, seeking assistance. To my surprise, I soon received a phone call from Wilson V. of Aroma360, personally responding to my inquiries! Wilson was incredibly courteous and attentive, patiently listening to every question and concern I had. Without delay, he began tackling my issues, resolving them one at a time. The call was a delight, and Wilson ensured that all my concerns were fully addressed before we hung up. I’m truly impressed with the exceptional customer service Wilson delivered, and I’ll definitely ask for him by name if I need assistance in the future! Eve L. Texas

    I really enjoy the scents of Aroma360 and receive compliments by people who are outside of my house walking by. I also believe their customer service has improved significantly. I recently had an issue with a shipment of oils and Wanda was the rep who addressed the issue. All of my issues were addressed to my satisfaction so I commend Wanda for her excellent customer service

    Once again, the Aroma 360 team comes to the rescue. In less than five minutes they helped me fix something that I had been struggling with for two hours. *** **** even checked my other settings to make sure everything else was OK. He went above and beyond.

    Aroma360s I am writing with total disappointment with your customer service and your devices. I upgraded by device and have been sent two and they do not work. This has been going on for months and it takes forever to get a return call. I also purchased a family plan to give my family for Christmas and they never received anything ( oils) for their devices.

    My wife purchase a diffuser and some of the scents. We received the diffuser after about a week and the box was correct but the diffuser inside was not. We had ordered the black unit and the box contained a silver unit. After opening the unit she discovered that the unit had been used previously. It still had residue in the bottom of the unit. After much discussion along with sending pictures they finally agreed to replace. She returned the unit and was told that they would be sending the replacement out immediately. About 8 days later we finally received the correct unit. We set it up as per the instructions. The unit ran for about 2 hours and quit. She contacted customer service and was given the run-a-round before finally getting to speak with a "technician". They went trough several trouble shooting steps but were unable to get the unit to operate. After this much frustration we just wanted to return the unit and get a refund back to our account. We waited several days for the return paperwork to be sent but never received it. I finally sent an email asking where the return paperwork could be found. They had never issued it to begin with. We finally received it and returned the unit. We received our credit less the shipping charges which per their policy are non refundable. So the company ships incorrect material and defective material but we have to pay the shipping fees. On top of that they then try and sell her their premium unit with monthly debits which after a 3 year period would total over $3K. Very bad product. Very bad customer service. Too bad there is not a negative rating that can be applied.
