On May 26, 2024. I placed an order with this company for several items online. A few days after I placed the order, I received a phone call from a representative with the company who told me that the items I ordered were not going to work for my space, or my home. He was pressuring me to spend at least 1000 dollars more than I had already spent to upgrade or buy more products. After listening to his high-pressure sales pitch, I decided that it was not worth it, and I asked him to cancel my order. He said OK, that he would do so. Later in the day I received a notification that the order had shipped. I then again contacted the company and spoke with someone on the phone after being passed around several times. I requested that everything be canceled. I was told since it had already shipped I could either refuse shipment or, I could return it to them. I was not available when **** attempted to deliver the package, so I went online on June 8, 2024 and officially declined the package. I believe the reason I stated was that I had canceled the order and that they shipped it anyway. my Apple Card was billed $321.25. I have been unable to get a refund from the company, even after reaching out by email. I am unable to find the phone number that I called to speak with an actual person. All I am asking is that I get my money back for these products which I never received, and after my terrible experience with customer service do not want. My order number is HC1149635
