    I ordered from this company in July. Thinking the package would get to me within a weeks time was a mistake. The package didnt so call ship for over a month. I ended up scrambling to find different cannons to get to us (we live in a very rural area where we cant get anything within 2 days time). I went back to check the shipping and it told me it had been delivered (2 months later). I NEVER received the product. I reached out to the company and they told me there was nothing they could do and Id have to reach out to **** to get my package. Thankfully, I paid through ****** and got my money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Absolutely terrible. Ordered 10 packs of free powder & received ZERO. Ordered multiple blue & pink powder ************** came damaged & all the cannons were stained blue. Attempted to call the company atleast 10 times, received NO call back. Emailed the company multiple times & received a response telling me to clean the cannons not acknowledging that items were damaged or missing. Emailed multiple times after that requesting a refund and or return label for the damages products I did received & the company has not responded. Spent over $100 and got NOTHING for it. This company shouldnt even be allowed to operate as a business and deserves to be closed down.

    I wish I would have looked up these reviews before purchasing. Their customer service is absolutely awful. They charge you $9+ for shipping, it takes 2 weeks for a super small box to arrive, no insulation in the packaging so all the powder is leaking out of the item for the gender reveal. They then expect you to pay for shipping back to them, and then deduct a 25% restocking fee before even considering refunding you. This company is a total scam. Never buy from them!

    Worst business I may have ever ordered from. Extremely late arrival even though the shipping I paid for said 2-5 days. Made two orders. Both took terribly long. Couldnt use the product at the reveal. Once I received the product I was extremely disappointed. Product is 8 times smaller than what is shown. Completely different product than what was shown. Covered in pink tissue I couldnt completely get off. Unable to do a gender reveal when the color is on the freaking outside. Worst experience I would never order ever again

    Ordered two prefilled footballs one blue one pink. *** arrived via ***** not ***** (expedited) as advertised within a day or two of event. In the box were two, un-assembled flimsy, off color football shells. There was no powder to be found for either shell. I emailed them immediate thinking it was a joke. Sent photos of what I received and the box. Their initial response was it must have been a shipping issue as they use a third party. I again sent a photo of the intact box obviously not damaged or lost goods. From there I have continued to email asking for a refund. They told me to ship the package back at my cost. I refused. I have since filed a claim with my credit card and will pursue it that why. I received every excuse including their accountant was only in on Mondays to help. Do not recommend!

    This company is stealing peoples money and ruining there special events!! Do not order from them they will steal your money this is not a real company! I have all my emails from them they said they were gonna issue my refund and never did I had to file a dispute with **** they will lie to you and try to blame fed ex I have been in contact with fed ex from the beginning my order was placed on 6/12 on 6/13 they provided me with a tracking number only it never tracked I contacted fed ex and they said it was because they only created a shipping label they will try to stall you keep apologizing and eventually tell you they will issue refund but the person who handles refunds only comes in on a certain day and then on the 28th of June sixteen days after my order was placed and my event already taking place on 6/24 they drop off an alleged package containing my order at 2:37 pm containing only 1 item weighing only 2 pounds I ordered 8 pink cannons from them make sure you keep all your corresponding emails from them to provide to **** or your financial institution as well as emails from fed ex so we can get them shut down if they keep getting complaints **** will eventually restrict them from processing any payments through them please save yourself a headache I am a person who reads many reviews before placing any order with a company all of there reviews onthere page are fake!! There ******** and emails they delete all of the bad comments and block you if you leave a bad comment go and look at all the angry faces on ******** you will see there are comments but you can't read them they are fraudulent!!!

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. False shipping times.. TERRIBLE customer service. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone! I spent $165 on product and didnt receive all of it and they refused to help! Hopefully the confetti poppers are actually labeled correctly!!!

    Almost ruined my best friends reveal. They packaged the smoke bombs incorrectly and refused to correct my order. Thankfully I tested them before the party. Do not buy from these people.

    Do not buy from them!!!! My soccer ball also arrived damage and theres nothing they do for you. ************ provides horrible customer service. Do not buy!!

    Worst customer service ever! They won't give me my money back after I refused the product because it was late. I paid $15 for 3 day shipping and it took 14 days to arrive! I received confirmation that they received the product, but they are still refusing to refund the purchase price and the shipping.
