I purchased a 3-day VIP pass through Front Gate Tickets to the Rolling Loud concert at the ************ from March 14th-16th. The March 14th date was cancelled by the vendor, Rolling Loud. I contacted Front Gate Tickets and Rolling Loud to request a partial refund for the 14th date and was refused. ********** tickets alleged an email was supposed to be sent to me prior notifying customers of the option to request a refund or upgrade the tickets to a higher tier which included food tickets, a T-shirt, keychain, and bag of popcorn. I notified that I never received the email and requested proof the email was sent to me. Also, I notified that I did not agree to the upgraded ticket tier option and requested a partial refund. Rolling Loud still has not proved proof of sending me an email which would have satisfied my request and led to the resolution of my dispute. Instead my tickets were upgraded without my permission. I sent multiple emails with no resolution as the event quickly approaches. I feel taken advantage of by the bait-and-switch practice. Both front gate tickets and Rolling Loud refuse to take any accountability and has put an unjust burden on me. I am left with the option to attend or lose my money. I will never frequent another Rolling Loud event due to their unethical and disorganized business practices.Initial Complaint

I am attending rolling loud on mar ***** of this year I previously did a layway for VIP in which was supposed to be 3 day concert however they informed us it was being changed to 2 day concert and as a token of doing the preorder we would be upgraded from VIP to VIP muchies but now it seems they r trying to make us pay the price for them instead of issue a refund for differenceInitial Complaint

I purchased 2 VIP tickets with munchie/t shirt packet. When I purchased, the event was marketed as a 3 day event. I've recently learned the event has been downgraded to a 2 day event. I have requested a refund for the difference in price, but have been told I'm outside of the refund request window. I wasn't even aware there was a change until after the "refund window" was closed. Instead, they are offering an extra munchie package, the value of which is nowhere the amount of a refund for the price difference, which is around $600. I have asked for a supervisor, and no one is contacting me back. This is an extremely dishonest practice.Initial Complaint

We made a purchase for *** to get Switch offered front row viewing amongst other amenities upon purchasing said ticket. We purchased two *** tickets. We waited one hour to get in the line then by the time we got in, there was general admission people jumping over beams, jumping on top of the stage running and bombarding the *** section ruined the experience the workers did not do anything about this they allow these people that paid hundreds of dollars less for a ticket to be in the *** when they shouldve been in the general admissions side Being disabled, I purchased *** tickets to be able to see the show and was unable to because of the violent antics allowed by the other people . There was ****** fights. There was no one stopping it. These fights went on for a long time. They posted on the Internet. They allowed this turmoil. It was all over Internet and news. November 29, 2023 I placed an order for 3 day tickets ($1098+shipping of $17.85), two tshirts ($60) and 2 merch bags ($40) and never received any tshirts. I contacted them March 6, 8, 14, 20, 22 of 2024 for my not receiving my tshirts and theyve told me I will be receiving my tshirts soon then another email stating they will be giving my shirts at will call. Never got it. I also purchased tickets for the Spanish artist that they announced and the week of the festival they cancelled 2artist last minute and then another artist cancelled as well the day before. I only attended one night out of the 4 days of the festival due to the horrible **************** in person I have received No assistance with my complaint just run around in emails and now no response whats so ever my total was almost $1300 (not including my flight from *******, ***** to **********, the hotel and other expenses and only attended one night and all Im asking for is for a refund on my T-shirts and I have gotten no response at allCustomer Answer

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Rolling Loud regarding their failure to disclose lineup changes, specifically the cancellation of artists ********, *************************, and *************. These undisclosed cancellations resulted in a significant loss of value for attendees like myself who purchased tickets with the expectation of seeing these artists perform. I purchased a ticket to Rolling Loud excitedly anticipating performances from Junior H, *************************, and ************* among others, as advertised by Rolling Loud. However, weeks prior to the event, both ****** H and ************************* canceled their appearances. Shockingly, Rolling Loud failed to communicate these cancellations to ticket holders, leaving us unaware of the changes to the lineup. Additionally, *************, who was scheduled to perform, canceled their appearance on the day of the event. This last-minute cancellation was not only disappointing but also incredibly disheartening for attendees who had eagerly anticipated their performance. Moreover, the lack of adequate security measures at the event posed serious safety risks to attendees. Reports of individuals bypassing security by jumping fences and tearing down gates indicate a failure on Rolling Loud's part to ensure a safe and secure environment for paying attendees. As a result, I felt uneasy and unsafe throughout the duration of the event. Additionally, the misrepresentation of *********************** appearance as a performance rather than a listening party was highly misleading. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the inadequate security measures that resulted in breaches, including individuals jumping fences to gain entry for free and tearing down gates. Rolling Loud's failures cost me $924.91 in ticket, travel, hotel, and food expenses. I also spent $200 on-site for merchandise and concessions, expecting the advertised lineup and a safe event- which did not happen.Business Response

I bought merchandise (2 tshirts) from the official Rolling Loud website, and they charged me $84.51 and i never got any update after the order confirmation email. They said it takes a while but it has been almost 2 months. I also paid for order warranty but they claimed that the warranty only lasts for 45 days.
