Ordered Specrail fencing online through online distributor Direct AFG. 1/19/2022. Paid by credit card. Received email update on order status in March, 2022. Mail box full and all further order inquiries were unanswered. Contacted parent company, Specrail, on 7/7/2022. They cut ties with Direct AFG and are unable to contact them. Per Specrail, some people are suing Direct AFG. Revised order from 2/1/2022 attached.

I placed an order for aluminum fence with DirectAFG in August 2021. The invoice clearly stipulated that the delivery it is part of the invoice and is included, I talked to one of their employee and discussed about having a truck with a forklift to unload the fence at my place. I payed the order in full in August 2021, then I was informed that there are going to be delays with the order due to Covid. I understood, I was patiently waiting for them to be ready with my order. In Feb 2022 I got a text message that the order is ready, but they have no truck with a forklift and I was asked if my installer can unload the truck. I live in Michigan and told them there is still snow on ground, my installer will not have anything at my place at that time. We decided to wait until spring when I could have a forklift on premises to unload the truck. I contacted the company to send the fence to me in early April 2022 and since then complete silence from them. No answer to texts, emails and phone calls.
