    I have been Getting Solicitation from STT Logistics Group/******* ******** For Approx. 1 Year After Selling Equipment for our Company.     Used this company one time and have been regularly harassed and hounded daily via email, calls, and text messages! I have replied STOP to text messages multiple times, even blocked numbers. I have replied to the emails asking for them to stop emailing me. I called yesterday 12/2/24 after receiving 2 more emails and another text and I threatened legal action if it continues. It is pure harassment now. I called again on 12/3/24 because it hasn't stopped!! ****** ****** and ***** ****** are the biggest offenders.I am saving every email and text for a future lawsuit against this company. I have called twice asking it to stop, but it doesn't stop.Hopefully someday I never hear from this company again! I regret ever using them!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    In accordance with theTelephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), I am entitled to sue for up to $1,500 per unwanted contact from STT Logistics.
    - My phone number is on the Do Not Call registry.
    - I have requested multiple times STT Logistics cease contacting me, they haven't.
    I have previously filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against STT Logistics.
    - I have documentation of previous requests to cease contact, they haven't.
    - I have documentation of past calls and texts, and replies to STOP.
    STT Logistics is in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act,, and is thus in violation of the law.

    I emailed STT Logistics this morning with my contact information. I am done playing!

    I Provided names of brokers previously as requested, and have even blocked multiple telephone numbers. 

    I was told my information would be removed from your system. Well it obviously hasn't been. I received another call this morning! 

    It is up to STT Logistics to cease from contacting me. I did everything that I was asked to do, it has been ineffective. Blocking phone numbers doesn't work, replying STOP to texts doesn't work. Replying "Unsubscribe to emails and asking to STOP doesn't work. Calling STT Logistics requesting to cease doesn't work. And it appears filing complaints with Better Business Bureau doesn't work.

    I am hopeful my complaint with the *** will help. As of now, I will be building a case, and recording every contact I receive. Be prepared to pay up! In violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act!

    I have been getting emails, text and phone calls from this company for several years and I have asked countless times to be unsubscribed. Recently they have blocked my phone number for calling them because I was calling them every time I got another email or text and asking to speak with a manager. The manager always says they will make sure to not send my anymore emails or text, but I still get them.This is very frustrating! They absolutely refuse to unsubscribe me from email and text. This is costing me time and money.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have emailed and called asking to unsubscribe. Attached is one proof. I called on 7/17/2024 and was promised by a manager that I would be removed. I told manager that if I get anymore calls, texts, or emails from their company I would start billing them $100 each time. Nothing seems to get their attention, they keep sending me emails and texts and calling me when I am on a job for a customer where I am getting paid ******.

    I have never done business with this company yet I get a non-stop barrage of emails, texts, and phone calls from them trying to solicit my business. I have replied asking them to stop on multiple occasions and have gotten no response. I sometimes receive up to four messages per day and I want it to stop.

    I never opted in or inquired about any information from this company. I keep getting unwanted messages. The messages I receive state that I may reply STOP to opt out of text message solicitations. *** replied STOP numerous times but yet still receive text messages from this business.
