      I am a patient of gastro health ************** location trying to change location and I am told I cannot see another doctor within gastro health organization. This action is barbaric, belong in a third world country, not the *************. Upon my last visit, my prescription was supposed to be called in to the pharmacy. A week later they did not receive my prescription. I do not recommend gastro health because your first visit the staff is very nice but God help you if you have to call back to get your issues resolved. I do not recommend gastro health. Find another doctor.

      I very much like my doctor but the office personnel STINK. Calls are never returned no matter what the problem might be although promises abound. What good is it to have a great doctor when you can't get ANYTHING from his staff but empty promises.

      The work they provide is fine but the billing is horrible. As not transparent as it can be. Send multiple e-mails and called before all my appointments to know what I would get billed and when. They talked about 1 bill from them and 1 bill from the facility. I received 4 bills in total from Gastro health. Oh btw. They charge $550 for an appointment.

      *********** in town to get something done. We paid 385 dollars and after that they sent us a new bill for 375 more.

      No stars for this company.I just read the reviews for this company and share the same frustrations with several of them regarding the billing practices. My husband was hospitalized in June 2023. A CRNP from Gastro Health was identified as the health provider. We had no idea he was being seen by a provider not from the hospital. Then the bills started to arrive. ******** and our secondary health insurance confirmed payments were made and I sent Gastro Health detailed documents regarding this information. I then spoke with a Gastro Health staff member in the Florida main office billing department who assured me that the payment was complete and no balance was owed. I asked for a confirmation and was told that they could not send a confirmation for payment received. The hospital could not help because Gastro Health was an external provider.No stars for this company.

      This is beyond horrible!! Cant make an appointment for less than 3 months in the future, dont answer the phones, send you to voicemail to make appointments and dont answer the voicemails so you are as good as nothing. If you try to make an appointment online, and hit the send code to get a number to be able to make an online appointment, the code is never sent so you are pretty much as good as nothing. I got to the office after trying to find parking, go up to the second floor via the elevator and by the time I try to check in they told me I was 2 minutes over the ********************************************* and after waiting for three months for an appointment I was as good as nothing , left standing without being able to see a doctor. This is a horrendous idea getting all these doctors together. Unprofessional service!!!! Total disregard for the patients. I wish there was a 0 star to give. If you are gastro doctor, flee!!! If you are patient, try getting someone off this system!

      We had the worst experience in this office. Unfortunately, I cant speak about **************** bedside manner because we had to leave before even seeing him after encountering a horrible attitude and treatment from ***** (who I was informed is his assistant). She does not allow patients to speak, nor does she take the time to listen. She completely disregarded the information I had brought in about my father's health. She screamed and continued to note that the doctor does not see anyone for second opinions, but never really explained if he would be willing to at least see his record as far as all the tests he had already done. I had called a few days before our appointment to confirm I could take his medical records so that Dr. ***** could revise them, and the person at the office said the doctor would see this paperwork at the time of the visit without a problem. ***** refused to listen and continued to speak loudly and rudely to me and my father. I also observed ***** mistreating another patient's wife and talking c*** about companions of patients to other staff, claiming that the back office would get too full.***** needs to be trained extensively so that she can offer better service to patients. She needs to realize that to understand, she needs to listen and not speak and yell at patients. Extremely unprofessional.To whomever reads this. This kind of attitude takes away from all the professionals in your staff. It brings the whole office down. Do better.

      Very poor office etiquette at the Baptist location. Placed on hold for 1 hour for a follow up question, because of a mistake they made.the doctors are great office staff stinks, English is not very well.

      I have been going back and forth with Gastro Health about a bill from October 2021; we are now in **** and still no one can help. The reps all tell you the same thing: someone will get back to you, or they are escalating the matter and still nothing. Even the supervisor has an I don't care attitude. The billing practice of this company needs to be looked into; it is unfair to patients to have to deal with unexpected bills. My bill amount changes from year to year for a service that already existed; how does this even make sense, and the threats to send to collection don't help, especially since they are unwilling to actually help patients out. I wish I never had that darn colonoscopy. I have seen many doctors and dealt with many billing departments and never had one that wasn't able to resolve the matter until I had this unfortunate experience with Gastro Health. I wish I could give them zero stars. Patients should be aware.
