    I recently file to have health insurance through ***************************. I called and spoke to **************************************** and I told her I had DACA and wanted to see if I could apply for health insurance l. She said I did qualify and did my application through the phone and two weeks later I got my insurance cards. Few days later President ***** said he wanted to let DACA applicants apply for health insurance and I got confused and called another organization that helps apply to health insurance and asked her to check my application since I have Daca and she said I shouldn't have to have insurance because DACA is not able to apply for insurance just yet. She said that many other daca members have contacted her with the same issue I have, so she checked my application and she said that **************************************** said on my health insurance application that I did had other type of immigration status. This will not only affect me legally but i will have to pay a fine ti the *** when I file my taxes. I checked also the Madrinas de los **************** account reviews and apparently I am not the only person they do this to. It's a shame this business is still running, they don't care the consequences we are going to have,they only want the monthly benefit they get for getting new clients. This business needs to be investigated because thanks to them we can face penalties and the chance to one day become a legal resident. I attached a picture of what this person put on the application for the insurance, when I clearly told her I am a DACA RECIPIENT and she assured i was eligible to have insurance. This needs to be investigated because i am not the only victim

    Sunshine Life & Health Advisors vehemently denies the allegations of the complainant or any other allegations of wrongdoing. The complainant seems to be confused as to the eligibility of DACA members to enroll in Affordable Care Act (ACA) insurance exchanges and receive ACA benefits.  Such DACA eligibility has undergone substantial changes from the presidential administrations of ***** to *****, and from the presidential administrations of ***** to *****.
