Wish I could rate ZERO stars, since I have received ZERO help in over a week. No customer ********************** Cant get a live person on the line, everything is AI and Automated. I have been without a phone for over a week with an active insurance policy and unable to file a claim online or with a representative. The phone is a business phone and I have since lost business and have been unable to do anything Assurant is not efficient and unreliable in being able to process claims when needed.Review from MrMatt

Assurant is has been terrible. I have their home insurance and they have tried to lowball me after a pipe burst in my home. Now they are refusing to meet my deductible for my HOA insurance after they said in writing that they would help me meet the deductible for my HOA insurance. Not to mentionI have a terrible claim adjuster who was rude, didnt inform me of all what was covered in the policy like additional expenses, lies, and closed my claim after a week before receiving a plumbing report which he told me to get. I complained numerous times to the company that I wanted another claim adjuster and they didnt change him for months. When a manager did get involved, he still had the same person work on my claim. Although the manager talked to me a couple of times, the manager appears to have allowed the claim adjuster to call me. At this point this is harrasment. Dont get this insurance!Review from JP

I paid a lot of money for this device and it needed to be replaced (inoperable) within 7 months. I have only owned it for 7 months! Not a good experience at all. I am now paying $38.25 per month to pay off what I feel/think is a refurbished phone. I also had to pay extra fees to get the phone replaced and extra fees to activate it. Not nice or fair at all!!!Assurant, Inc. Response

They are absolutely horrible **************** is about the worst insurance adjuster I have ever dealt with it took her 12 days to even call me to say they have my claim after I left her 5 voicemails *** after the inspection it's been about a week and a half and have had no update or call I'm dropping geico as my homeowners insurance because of her and her worthlessness
