The Property manager has take peoples rent above the portion due to housing authority and has blamed COINCO, THE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS TAKEN AND BORROWED FROM TENANTS ON SECTION 8 AND HAD DONE UNSPEAKBLE SUCH AS SOLD THEIR ********************** AND POSED AS THEIR FAMILY OR POSED AS THE TENANT AND HAS EVEN THREATEN THE SPOUSES OF THE MAINTENCE MEN OF COINCO SHE IS SLEEPING WITH. THE WOMAN BORROWS MONEY FROM OR TAKES FROM COINCO AND CLAIMS ITS SENT BY THE ****** SHE HAS HELP 2 FAMILIES FROM THE 3RD FLOOR AND ONE LADY IN UNIT 201 AND THE OTHER IN UNIT 108 SHE CALLS THEM FAMILY CLAIMING SHE WILL CALL THE NEWS AND ****** BECUASE THE OWNERS DAUGHER IS *********************** THE ****** STAR. IF COINCO HIRES THEIVES AND KEEPS THEM EMPLOPYED THEN THEY ARE AS MUCH TO BLAME AS THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE EXAMPLE DRUG ADDICTS AND THEIVES. THEY RAISED THE RENT ON ILLEGAL UNITS WITH NO PERMITS MARKETING STUDIS AND ONE BEDROOMS AS 2 TO FRAUD THE TENANTS AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITIES IS THE LAST PAPER THE PROPERTY MANAGER PLACED ON THE DOORS OF SOME AND NOT ALL RESIDENTS. 5 TENANTS HAVE VIDEO TO SUPPORT.
