It is disheartening to hear that your order was initially shipped to the wrong location and that the replacement order has not yet arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be.
It appears that there have been delays and complications with the carrier which have unfortunately led to your package being delayed and lost in transit. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience and for the automated responses you received, which did not address your concerns adequately.
