            We hired **** to answer some lawsuits letter we got from MA we been answered that they can answer and deal with any lawyer from MA just we cant show up in court - apparently we believed them and got our 3000$ paid to this company to resolve an issue we had with employee trying to extort us , however 2 years past we was sure its all been dealt with and they file counter claim as they say and answer with a letter or something to move this around , we was surprise to find out NOTHING been happened and we have lost the lawsuit against us without even knows they didnt answer and never file counter claim like they say they will and now we are in deep issues

            We regret that the client is unhappy with the services provided by our firm. We represented the client with respect to contractual review and certain disputes. With respect to the litigation matter referenced the client did not retain us.

            We hired them, they told us we have a $***** retainer he never spoke about a $350 hourly rate and neither told us we will have another lawyer working for us for another $300 hourly rate out of ***** we will get $600 back when they only did two things 1. Write a letter response and 2. Get report form police department. That doesnt add up to more than *****.
