I placed an order on June 19 that was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 days. Ive received nothing, no updates, I reached out to TATBROW multiple times and have received nothing in response. The website is not active and I cant find how to just get my money back since I did not receive my item nor has it even been shipped. In my order receipt it instructed me to download a tracking application called Shop, so I did. I contacted them in addition to my attempts to reach customer support for REMOVED. I was able to find other people in my same situation when I was trying to find a way to get in contact with this company. I have ordered this same product a few times before but its been a few years but after placing my recent order, its like the company was a ghost. - the only methods of reaching them were by email and both kicked back.Initial Complaint

I ordered products 12 days ago. It has still not been shipped according to website. I have emailed twice asking them to refund my money if the product hasnt shipped. The first email was 11 days ago. Ive had no response and cant find a phone number.Customer Answer

I placed an order for 4 items through a BOGO (buy one, get one free) deal the company had advertised. I placed my order on March 19, 2025. Order did not ship until way past 4-8 business days as advertised. I reach out to Tatbrow multiple times through email and their respective Instagram business account and got zero responses. My order finally showed up on April 12, however, I only received half of my order #REMOVEDTATBROW that I paid for in full on March 19. I should have received 4 Tatbrow pens in total 2 medium brown and 2 dark brown. However, I only received the 2 of the 4 items I ordered. I only received 2 medium brow pens and did not receive the 2 dark brown pens I paid for.I have sent multiple emails with pictures and receipts and have not received any response. I have requested for either a refund or my full order to be shipped to me. I have not received any response ever from Tatbrow.Initial Complaint

I placed order on 7/31/2023 paid a total of $55.17 $5.95 was for 4-8 day shipping Here it is 8/25/2023 and my order still has not shipped. I have requested a refund multiple times and continually get some email saying they have to check with warehouse to make sure the order hasn't shipped! It clearly has not shipped and I want a full refund.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Tatbrow has been stating since the minute I contacted them they would send a request first to the warehouse then to billing but nothing happens. I paid $5.95 for 4-8 shipping and it has been 2 days shy of 30 days. I have been patient it is time to giveme back my money. Your request never seem to get any kind of attention.
Not once have you gotten back to me with any information on your requests!
I do not care to do business with a company such as yours. So I don't care if it has shipped ( which it hasn't) I WANT A FULL REFUND NOW!
YOU CERTAINLY TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDATELY NOW GIVE IT BACK
