            I placed order on 7/31/2023 paid a total of $55.17 $5.95 was for 4-8 day shipping Here it is 8/25/2023 and my order still has not shipped. I have requested a refund multiple times and continually get some email saying they have to check with warehouse to make sure the order hasn't shipped! It clearly has not shipped and I want a full refund.

            I ordered from this company in August and still have not received my order. I reached out to customer service and they said they would reach out to the warehouse and get back to me. I never heard a word after that. I have sent several emails and they do not respond. I noticed that others have complained to your business office and you have come back and said it was delivered. I don't believe they did deliver the items. If you look on the website you will see many complaints from customers that are saying the same thing. Tatbrow didn't hesitate to take my money before even shipping the item. I have no tracking number or anything and you can only reach them by email. I believe this is a *************. I will be calling my bank to have them investigated. I did not want to leave any stars, but this review makes you leave at least one.
