      Hate to have to post on bbb instead of the actual Wink site, but I've asked if they could re-send a review link now that I've had the mattress longer...they will not. The wink beds review link comes out from a different email about 2 days after purchase (when you're happy or at least, unsure.) If you're like me, eventually, you accidentally delete it. I think that should demonstrate an issue- the company clearly doesn't want to solicit long-term reviews. What I can say is that my husband and I have had the Firmer Wink King Bed for 2 years now. A year ago, I was really disappointed in how much it was sagging and and it's continued to do so. Full disclaimer- we have not rotated it every single month (does anyone?) Honestly, these are heavy suckers, who could? But we still have rotated it multiple times throughout the years and it is just soooo squashy. I have much more back pain than I did before we bought it. It's not a great mattress compared to others I've had in the same price range. I would just advise people to really check all over for reviews because the stellar ones on the official site do not seem to paint a full picture. This mattress is very disappointing and not great quality.

      1st mattress via *** in damaged carton; problem with pick-up.2nd mattress, not firmness that was ordered; not even made by WINKBEDS, but by some ******* company that went bankrupt eight months ago. NOT made for me, but an item that was dated two weeks before I ever contacted Winkbeds.Customer service seemed nice.

      I bought my luxury soft a year ago. It was nice at first but it slowly started sagging. The company says their beds cant and wont sag. This is a lie. I was beyond my trial but I reached out anyway. They asked me to send pictures. One side of the bed is an inch sagged while the other was over a half an inch. They said to rotate it and it will adjust to our bodies. Website also says no bed flipping so thats funny. We have back pain and the bed feels like a ton of bricks to sleep on now. The warranty won't cover it. It literally feels like its sinking in every night. I wish I would not have spent my money on this. You pay a pretty ***** and even more to finance it. I had hopes but I hate this bed now and I am stuck with it.

      Please, please listen to the reviews. I bought the queen luxury firm and it is way too soft. I am in excruciating back pain every day and night and the worst part is that I contacted Wink Beds before my trial period ran out to request a refund, but they ignored my refund request and now my trial period is expired. I bought the bed through Affirm and have no choice but to continue paying for a bed that causes me daily suffering. I cannot resell the bed either, nor could I gift it away as it sagged within a month of use. It is the worst mattress I have ever bought in my life. Please don't buy this bed!

      If I could give them 0 stars I would.Horrible customer service, impossible to contact anyone, product much below the standard. When I told them your bed hurts my back so bad I cannot breath, their answer was 'buy more of our products to fix that' and 'you must keep sleeping on it and your body will adjust.

      I ordered 2 mattresses from this company. First they provided false information, sending me messages that the items were being shipped and providing a tracking number when they hadn't even been made. The delivery was well beyond the time frame advertised. The delivery was subpar with filthy, partially opened boxes being left on the edge of my porch. The items themselves were both mis-sized. No where near the dimensions advertised. Returning the items was a huge headache. I typically had to contact the company 2-3 times to even get a response. Then they kept moving the goal post, asking for photos, then more photos, then more. It was only after filing a complaint with my credit card company that they sent people to collect the defective products. I would rate this company as 0 stars if the site allowed.

      I have ordered a mattress pad from winkbeds for ********** King **** Tried to put it on the bed and found it was too small. Called the company to get a refund or the proper size to fit the **** I was told to take a photo of the mattress topper. Told to take measurements and picture of mattress pad. I then told them I would like a refund and was told all sales are final. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They refuse refunds. Contacted my credit card bank and started a dispute. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF *******. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE.
