      I purchased a mattress from WinkBeds based on the advertised promise of a 120-night risk-free trial, which clearly stated that if I was not satisfied, the mattress would be picked up and fully refunded. Nowhere during the purchasing process was it made sufficiently clear that the trial requires a mandatory 30-night minimum before initiating a return. That condition was hidden in fine print at the bottom of their website and was not presented during checkout or on the main promotional material.Upon opening the vacuumed mattress and sleeping on it, my husband and I found it to be extremely soft contrary to the firm support advertised. It also fails to isolate motion as claimed, which severely impacts our sleep quality. We contacted customer support with a detailed explanation and politely asked to initiate the return, believing we were within our rights according to the advertised trial.However, the company denied our request and insisted that we must continue using a mattress that clearly does not meet our needs or expectations for a full 30 days!!! This has caused stress, sleep disruption, and frustration, as we now have to wait before we can even start the return process while being unable to afford a replacement in the meantime. I feel misled and disrespected, and I would not have made this purchase had the 30-night requirement been communicated clearly and transparently at the time of sale.I am requesting that WinkBeds honor their advertised promise of a 120-night risk-free trial and initiate the return now, rather than forcing us to suffer through 30 nights on a product that is clearly unsuitable for us. I also request that they improve their transparency in advertising and checkout process to prevent future customer dissatisfaction.

      Will not offer customer support. Our bed has turned to an oval after 3 years. This makes us completely unusable as the bed is no longer flush with the headboard and the pillows just fall down. Customer support didn't respond for months, when I did receive a response they told me this was normal and not covered by warranty. The bed is a awful, the customer service is worse. A sham of a company.

      My husband and I chose Wink with high hopes after reading about its support for side sleepers and back issues, especially since I was pregnant. Supporting an American-made product was a point of pride, and we trusted Winks reputation for quality and durability. Initially, it was great.However, we experienced issues. Despite my husband being average size (6, under 185 lbs), his side of the mattress sank after 120 days. I (54, 145 lbs) had worsening back pain, leading to costly therapy. After six weeks in ********** on a firm mattress, my pain was gone.Returning home, Wink lacked support. My husband couldnt tolerate his sunken side. Flipping the mattress upside down provided temporary relief but ruined comfort. Their warranty is useless (requires the mattress to 1.5 sink without weight).Their warranty is useless (requires 1.5 sink without weight).??????? Winks customer support was NOT understanding at all that we didn't reach out to them before the 120 day period. I was at the tail end of my pregnancy and then gave birth to our 5th child, which put the mattress out of our mind and we thought we were still within the warranty period. I sure wish companies would consider people at times instead of just the bottom line. They offer 50% off a replacement, but if Wink mattresses fail in under a year, why risk another $1,000? They sold us a king for $1,699 and expect more for a firmer one. Great greedy business model to make more $$, terrible customer service. I would like to try their FIRMER model, but I don't know if I can trust their long term quality.

      No Star Review should be an option. The mattress did not last two years. I purchased it in February 2023 and cannot sleep on it without pain. Large sag in one spot. Company is not responsive to email. Waking up with serious backache.

      I purchased my ******* three years ago. It started breaking down almost immediately, I notified the company about it. They stated it was normal. Now my bed sags 3 to 5 inches all the way around. The bed frame I bought, the wooden slats are to short. That cause my whole bed to fall. That has now caused the material to tear. ******* says its normal. You can't sleep on it because it hurts to bad. I would never buy this bed ever. I would rather sleep on gravel. I spent a small fortune on this complete bed set and Winkbed turned there back on me, So I am out $2600.00 for a bed I cannot use. If interested I have lots of pictures.

      I ordered their flagship mattress in KING size. They charged me for a king, but sent a FULL size mattress instead. Now I'm struggling to get any kind of attention or response from them. Since both my wife and I don't fit on the miniscule mattress they had sent, I am forced to sleep on the couch which isn't great for my back. Perhaps I'll be able to get their attention this way.

      Received the mattress with a stain on it, loose fuzz, loose threads on all the dimples and all around the edges and stitchings, and worst of all, the four corners all stuck out about 3-4 inches as if the top was made too big or the bottom was made way too small. Worst of all, this bed, according to the law tag is made by a perviously bankrupted ********* mattress in **. This company also had a horrible customers review before the bankruptcy. I thought I bought a ******* but instead I received a poor quality bed from *********. I tried to contact customers service via email numerous times, photos were sent hoping for a replacement, yet they never bothered to reply. This mattress will be returned and I hope there won't be any problems getting a refund...
