      I bought a motorcycle a month ago and it is not working well, it has left me lying on the street because it does not turn on, and I have lost a day of work and spent many lyfts.I have taken the motorcycle twice and they have fixed it and it continues to fail, when I complain to them they tell me that it has a guarantee and that they will continue to fix it but the truth is that the two-month guarantee that they give you is over and I will keep a new motorcycle It doesn't work, they don't want to accept the motorcycle and give me a new one, they are only based on the warranty, last week they came for it to pick it up because it didn't start again, the duel got spoiled and started screaming, he said he would try it several times. times, he wrote me the same Friday that he took the motorcycle and told me that it worked that he would test it again this weekend and he would let me know, I had no communication with them until yesterday that he would supposedly test it again and I continue spending on lyft and uber paying for a new motorcycle They want to come and leave the motorcycle even if there is no one I do not want that motorcycle if I accept it, it will continue to fail me and I will lose my money I asked them for a new motorcycle or my money back and they don't want to do it, please I need your help I have the messages from the first day that the motorcycle began to fail if you need it

      You told me the scooter was not starting, so I went to your home as a courtesy because we do not provide home service. When I got to your house the scooter started right up, so I rode it around your neighborhood for several blocks and had no issues at all. I told you there was nothing I could do because there was no issue with it and then your tone got very aggressive as you expressed that you did not want the scooter because you wanted to buy a ***** or ******* Regardless, you asked me if I could take it to the shop for further inspection, and I did as you asked and took it back to my shop and inspected it and then road it for over 20 miles over the weekend and still did not have any issues with it (I have pictures and video to show all my test rides and odometer before and after). I called you on Monday and I text you, but you ignored all my communication efforts. When I finally got a hold of you, you told me that your boyfriend was working out of town and would contact me when he was back so I could deliver the bike back to him. The bike is still at my shop and starts and runs as it should. I have asked you several times to pick it up or to meet me at your home for the delivery, and you have ignored all my efforts. You keep trying to do things to return this bike and as I have told you there is no return on scooters/motorcycles which you signed in the agreement. However, the motorcycle does have a 3 months or **** miles warranty which we have complied with and will continue to do so under our warranty terms agreement. Many times we go beyond our terms and warranty agreement expiration dates because our customers are important to us. In short, you cannot return a product just because you decide months later you don't want it anymore, especially a vehicle that is titled and registered in your name.

      The customer was informed of the 3 months or **** warranty that our vehicles Scooters/Motorcycles come with. The Customer also signed off on the warranty and our No Returns policy as well which we always highlight. the form is attached.  We offer this Warranty as a courtesy, so if any issues arrive after a Scooter/Motorcycle is sold we can correct the issue. 
      Since the Scooter/Motorcycle has a warranty when the customer contacted us about the two minor issues they had we corrected the issues.
      The customer contacted us a third time and stated the Scooter/Motorcycle was not running. We went to pick up the Scooter/Motorcycle which was found to be running in perfect condition. The customer then got very aggressive because we stated that the scooter was running fine. Since the Motorcycle had two minor warranty issues even though they were corrected, the customer was having second thoughts about the Motorcycle she purchased.  The Scooters/Motorcycle is title and registered to the customer it is there vehicle registration is also attached. If she is not happy with her Scooter which has over 750 miles and she purchased over 3 months ago, she is able to sell it since it is titled in her name. We have reached out to the customer numerous times and she refuses to pick up or respond to our texts. The Scooter/Motorcycle needs to be picked up or we can deliver it she has our contact and can reach us.
