              I bought a motorcycle a month ago and it is not working well, it has left me lying on the street because it does not turn on, and I have lost a day of work and spent many lyfts.I have taken the motorcycle twice and they have fixed it and it continues to fail, when I complain to them they tell me that it has a guarantee and that they will continue to fix it but the truth is that the two-month guarantee that they give you is over and I will keep a new motorcycle It doesn't work, they don't want to accept the motorcycle and give me a new one, they are only based on the warranty, last week they came for it to pick it up because it didn't start again, the duel got spoiled and started screaming, he said he would try it several times. times, he wrote me the same Friday that he took the motorcycle and told me that it worked that he would test it again this weekend and he would let me know, I had no communication with them until yesterday that he would supposedly test it again and I continue spending on lyft and uber paying for a new motorcycle They want to come and leave the motorcycle even if there is no one I do not want that motorcycle if I accept it, it will continue to fail me and I will lose my money I asked them for a new motorcycle or my money back and they don't want to do it, please I need your help I have the messages from the first day that the motorcycle began to fail if you need it

              They sent me a completely dead battery. I tried charging it and it wouldn't charge so I took it to Batteries Plus, they put their tester directly on it and showed me that the battery was indeed an absolutely dead battery; it couldn't be charged. I asked to send it back since it was within the 30 days and they said they would exchange it and simply sent me the exchange slip but still want me to pay for shipping it back. THAT'S THE SCAM! Before you know it you're in for $35 in shipping and will never get the proper or working part. BE AWARE...BE SMART; DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

              This customer contacted us via email with his issue and we emailed him a return label at our cost and never received another response. The return label was emailed so he can return the part at no cost to him. I have resent another return label so he can return the part and we can inspect it to ********@yahoo.com.

              Now we did inform the customer that the battery did need charge if we were using it for a pocket bike then he said he charged it for 10 hours that would also fry a battery but regardless we sent a return label to have this battery inspected and returned.

              Please inform the customer to check his spam folder if he does not see a return label in his inbox.

              We issued the customer a return label and have received this battery that the customer has returned. The battery is working perfectly tested and ran on a scooter and it is in perfect condition.

              It appears rather than returning the part they pretended it was defective to scam our company.

              I can prove it was defective by providing video if the BBB would like a copy of the video. The original request was never accompanied by a return label and I can prove this as well by email communication that had been communicated between myself and Scooter Domain. The whole reason I contacted BBB was because all they sent after my first communication with Scooter Domain was instructions for shipping back and not a label. When a company sends a dead battery and no return label it deems a higher authority to look further into.

              The part was tested and tried worked perfecting it, a shipping label was provided, and a refund was issued.
