I contracted New Way Moving Services to transport a jeep from ****** ** to ******** **. they asked for a $200 deposit to guarantee the pickup. First they stated they would pickup the Jeep between Dev ***** 2023. When they failed to do so, then they said because it was close to Christmas, they could not find a driver. I told them that I was promised that date because the building was being sold and my company needed to have it out by the 20th. I started calling 2-3 times a day without a return phone call. Finally I got a phone call stating that it would be picked up on the January 8th. I paid to the new owners to let me keep the jeep there till the 15th. on the 8th I started calling the company again and all the telephone numbers go to voice mail. no one will return my calls and the jeep has not been picked up. I just want my $200 back.

I contracted with New Way Moving Services to transport a vehicle. They did not show up on the day they committed to be there and when I called to find out what was happening, they cancelled the contract and committed to refund my deposit of $245 within 3-7 business days. That was September 22nd and I have not received a refund.I have uploaded a pdf of the email where they promised to refund my $245 deposit.I have called and emailed multiple times attempting to resolve this matter with no response. I would appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this matter.

BEWARE. This is the WORST company. They are scammers. They are liars. They made my move the most stressful it could have ever been and have breached every assurance they made. Be aware that the contract you sign with your quoted "estimates" will be a fraction of what you actually pay. I was made to pay nearly double for my vehicle to be shipped, and double for my household belongings. They do not answer the phone or return calls. In fact, they will send you to VM to avoid your calls and not do their basic job duties. My vehicle arrived nearly 2 weeks late. My household belongings arrived several weeks late and everything was damaged or stolen: 2 shattered TVs, my designer bags and other boxes gone, all of my furniture is damaged and broken. Thousands of dollars worth of damage after paying over $5k for a move that this company claimed would be SAFE. The moving company New Way hired was illegitimate. The unloader told me the truck they were using was stolen and not paid for, he told me he hadn't been paid in over a month and was worried, he had no dolly to unload, and was by himself to unload an entire truck (while the moving company scrambled to find another person off ********** to help this poor unpaid worker), and was by himself to unload the truck. Following the delivery of my shattered and broken goods, I have contacted New Way for OVER A MONTH to get help. They have ignored my calls, sent me to VM over and over again, promised they would send me information to file a claim and nothing. I finally got a very rude representative on the phone today who does not know how to allow someone to speak, who ended up claiming I swore at her and she hung up in my face (I didn't swear, apparently the word "should not" suddenly is a swear word). These people are insanely unprofessional. Please stay away so you do not end up out $10k worth of payments and damage for NOTHING, and having to pursue other legal means. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

I hired this company to ship my car to ******. They required a $250 deposit through cash app which I thought was odd but they sent me guarantees that if I canceled in writing with plenty of time which I did they would refund that to me, they lied they stole my money and I was uncomfortable with working with them because they were demanding full payment before even picking up my car !

On May 20th I placed an ad online for car transportation service from MI to AZ. I've received multiple pone calls including an offer that was really convenient in price and service from **********************************. The agent I spoke with was an Asian women with a broken English, she gave me a good deal, and a promise to refund my deposit ($250) if I don't go with the service for any reason. She transferred me to an HR to pay the money, another person who asked me for extra charge if I use my credit over Cash App, I use the cash app, unfortunately!I paid the deposit, they sent me Docsign documents with completely deferent terms of what I was told on the phone. I contacted the HR number, the same lady agent (Asian ******** English) picked up the phone again. with such disrespectful tone, yelling at me and being so rude to the **** I asked her to cancel my service and I need a refund, she hang up on my face. I texted the number multiple times, no reply, and I never received my money back. I was very busy moving and catching up with my new job to file a complaint but this company should go outta business or gets charged for scamming people. Please help in returning the money, and alert others from dealing with them. Kind regards *********************

This company provided a written contracted quote to transport a vehicle on a specific time period 30 days in advance. They did not pick-up the vehicle in the specified time period as promised and when I called to find out the status was hung up on several times. After numerous calls to determine when the pick up was to be scheduled, rhy told me it would be more than double of the original amount from $400.00 to $850.00. They reason was they couldn't find and drivers to pick up the vehicle for the contracted $400.00 amount. I tried numerous times to call and discuss without any success, they were rude, didn't care about their obligation and were the worst experience in a moving transport company ever to deal with for a contracted service. I eventually had to pay an ADDITIONAL $275.00 to get the vehicle picked up and transported. This is a fraudulent company providing a low ball amount and then trying to increase the price when they know you are stuck in a bad situation. I was only in town for that week and had to make numerous arrangements for other assistance to make the car availble for the pick up in ******* since Ibhadbto leave back home to ************** after the scheduled pick up week had passed. I don't feel I should have had to pay an ADDITIONAL $275.00 for their failure to provide the transport service for the contracted $400.00 as promised and contracted - Job Oder #P1017418 from New Way Moving Services. This is fraudulent in providing customer's incorrect pricing to later state they need MORE monet to fulfill the service contract agreement. If I didn't call them several times a day to find out the status and get the car picked up, I may never have received the vehicle. Absolutely the worst experience with this company and this needsbto be documented how they do business! The vehicle was supposed to be picked up the week of 5-22-23 to 5-26-23 and it wasn't until June 2nd with an extra charge of $275.00 to the driver upon delivery or no service.
