- The deposit is refundable after being placed as long as the request is received within 72 hours from the time of being processed. After 72 hours the deposit is non refundable. No refund will be issued after 72 hours.
If a move is booked within 7 days of the pickup date that you request and you opt to cancel, you will not be eligible for any refund.
On the day of service, any refusal or denial of service either verbally in person, by email, or over the phone will be treated as a late cancellation made outside of the cancellation window of 72 hours. No refund will be issued if service is refused, canceled or denied on the day of service/pickup.
All refunds requested within 72 hours MUST be submitted via email to [email protected]. This email needs to include the job number and where possible included a brief explanation. Once this received and approved a response with the next refund date will be provided. Refunds are issued twice a month. - Other Resources
