on April 27 , I went to the the dealer ****** located at ********************** , we saw the car we like and my husband bought the car , but we notice it had different 4 tires sizes than the one they specify on the card manual we took it back the following day , they said they will fix it we left the card at the dealer ship and told them also that the car had a funny noise according to the salesman it was the wheel bearing and because is a cvt transmission they make that noise, meanwhile the car has been at the dealership all this time I bought a car, but did not have any car. I call *********** since the loan was through them, I told them if they could stop the loan and they told they could not help me neither, that the dealership was the only one that could stop the loan , went back to the dealer and told them that if they could do that and the told me they could not do it . the sales manager told me , you could take it to the ****** and have a thorough inspection to be done in the car that the car was in excellent condition that if the ****** dealer will say that there is something wrong with the car they will exchange it for another car of the same price that we have bought the car , and everything will be fine . I took the car to ****** and they told me the transmission need to be replace,. went back to the dealership and told them what the ****** told me and guess what they told me they could not do anything and if I want another car the $10,000.00 I put down I lose and start again . I have try to have a meeting with the General Manager *****************************, wasted two days of my work according to them he will be seeing me waited from 9:00 in the morning till 3:00 in the afternoon and to tell me sorry his in a meeting or his at lunch I feel that this dealer ship should not even be open to the public they do not have respect for their customer they only worry about selling cars and no ethnic , The Hyundai Corporate should look we work hard for our money.************
