    12/22/22, Purchased a used 2013 ******** **** Ml350 Bluetec Diesel SUV. The dealer was very responsive, and comforting as first. They assured me this was a turn key car. Absolutely nothing was needed. I sent a check, arranged delivery, and awaited with excitement for my new car!Upon delivery it was discovered that the car is leaking oil at a fast and heavy rate. The dealer, post delivery, admitted they thought they fixed the issue. I paid $350+ to receive a proper assessment of the issue. Upon submitting this paperwork, I am unable to reach any of the previous contacts and have been ignored. Multiple emails have been sent to resolve this amicably, and all have been completely ignored. Phone calls go unanswered, and unreturned. I now have an expired temporary plate on a vehicle I can't drive given the huge mechanical issue at hand. I have no avenue to resolve this because they out right refuse to deal with the lemon they sold.Additionally, the vehicle was determined to be ********, again, AFTER delivery. It was never mentioned or shown on any paperwork. This means ******** will not honor any open recalls because it is not an American car. I'm now stuck with a car with 3 open recalls, none of which can be addressed.The ******** issue also brings another major issue...Title. They still have not provided a title and informed me they are unable to get a title at this time because they don't have one to transfer. So now I've paid in full; a vehicle that has no title, no indication of a title to come, and a massive oil leak which prevents me from operating the vehicle. All on the now, expired temporary plates. The salesmen offered to set-up a buy back and I never heard about it from that point on.

    Bought car and had it shipped to me. Used all the money that I had because I was told it was a good car in good shape. I get the car it has scratches on paint and is faded, the seats were ripped at the bottom and were in bad condition unlike what was seen in the pictures. As forward as condition of the car I needed new breaks, new tires, needs new radiator and the transmission is messed up which will cost over **** dollars on top of the money that I have already spent on others things to get it fixed. I spent everything I had thinking I was getting a car that would last me and now I'm in a worst position than I was buying the car. I am really disappointed because I thought ****** was a stand up guy but really screwed me and my mother and was scammed. Was never told of any issues that was wrong with the car prior to buying. Sent me a car that was both unsafe for me as well as my daughter.
