I ordered from this company May 1st, 2024, and I still have not received my package. I've emailed the company many times asking for a refund since it has been 3 months and I have not gotten what I ordered. They refuse to refund me. The company has sent me 3 different tracking info links for my order. The 1st link was in Mandarin I think, so I couldn't read it. The 2nd link just shows an error code.The 3rd link says my package was delivered to a parcel locker (I don't have a parcel locker). None of the 3 tracking info links list my address, so I have no idea where my package was sent to. The company has told me that I need to find the package myself, and refuse to refund me or cancel my order. I just want my money back and to never have to deal with this awful company again.I will happily share all emails and contact I've had with this company if that helps me get my money back. Their responses have been very shady, and I think I might have gotten scammed by them, even though I thought they were a legit company.I will attach screenshots of the tracking information that the company sent me. It is unclear if this company is a scam or not. However, it has been a month and I have not received my purchase. When I emailed their customer support, I received a link for a tracking # that has no information and does not seem to be a real site. I would not purchase from this company again.Initial Complaint

I made an order on April 12. The payment has processed but the item never shipped. Its been too long but if they can send it ASAP then I will accept the product still. Otherwise. I would like a refund as soon as they receive either my email or a message from the BBB.Customer response

On April 27, 2024, I purchased an "AWESOM-O Crop Top" which was on sale for $26,99. With shipping, I bought it for $32.98. My order number is ******. I also put the wrong name for the order, and am currently waiting for contact with the store to get it to the right name. I originally had plans to reorder the crop top with the correct name on the address, but the crop top is nowhere to be found on the site. I would like delivery of the top, a $32.98 refund, and contact with the business.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with the company over a month ago with no update on shipping or anything. When I complained to them through email, since they have a non working number posted, I received a tracking number that leads to nothing. It is an invalid number. I have attempted to resolve through email with no real response. After reading other peoples accounts of their dealings with the company, I have come to the conclusion that it is not a legitimate company and they have a severe fraudulent look about them. I requested a refund from them and have received no word on even that. I am disputing the charges with my bank and filing fraud charges.Initial Complaint

Made an order on January 26th 2024 and it still had not shipped out as of last night on February 19th 2024. I sent an email complaining and then they responded claiming it has been shipped and provided a tracking number, but upon checking that tracking number nothing came up so it appears to be fake. On December 14th, I made an online purchase with Fresh Hoods. About a week later, I still had no tracking number so I became concerned that I had possible been scrammed. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and they opened an investigation. On January 19th, the package finally arrived. I contacted the vendor to let them know I would be sending the product back unopened for a refund back to my **** card. I have been in constant communication with this company, and they've been going around in circles about my refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas and it never came or did my refund. I shared a few screen shots of the company stating I would get a refund for never sending out the jacket, but then continues to ignore me or respond with run around emails. I have more emails of them stating high volume emails or stating I need to wait 3 to 5 business days. Its been months, I ordered 11/25/23. Ive seen online may people complain of getting scammed as well.
