Date of Transaction 08 January 2025. Value of purchase C$146.50, order was for 3 winter garments.I have followed up regularly with Fresh Hoods since February, and get no real answers as to where my order is, or if / when it will be shipped. I get copy paste replies from what looks to be a 3rd party company. I was promised a 10% refund due to the wait, which was also not received. I have ordered from Fresh Hoods twice before and never had any issues (so I know it is not a scam site). All they keep telling me is that I should have my order "soon" but nothing ever happens, and I do not believe they will actually ever send my order. I feel trapped and hoping some intervention from your side will assist in getting them to send me my order!Initial Complaint

On February 27th 2025 I paid $75.35 for two sweatshirts from fresh **************************. after the second week and I didn't receive a tracking number I start to seek where my order was. I contacted the company through their website and submitted a ticket. I received an automated response asking for my continued patience. Every week since then I've submitted a ticket and I've tried multiple attempts to call the company from a phone number I received through the BBB website. Today it has been a month since I've submitted my order and paid. And I've not yet received a tracking number I've not yet received any type of confirmation that my order has been sent.Initial Complaint

My husband ordered a hoodie from Fresh Hoods in the 2nd week of ************ as a birthday gift. It's been endless emails requesting for updates on when it will arrive. They keep asking for a tracking number that was never provided in the first place. They were paid for goods and services that were never provided. At this point all we want is our money back. They will only offer store credit, why would I want store credit to order another product that I'll never see!? This company is a scam! There customer service is terrible.Initial Complaint

On 12/12/2024 I purchased a hat and two sweatshirts from Fresh Hoods. The company charged my credit card $84.97, but I didn't receive the order. I contacted the company four times, beginning on 1/28/2025. Each time they apologize and say they are prioritizing my order and getting the order out. They have promised tracking numbers that never come. The last time they offered a 10% refund for the inconvenience. No follow through with that either. Each response from the company is apologetic, with promises of delivery and then no follow through. At this point, I feel they're being dishonest and have no intention of filling this order. On November 13th, 2024, I ordered 3 hoodies online from Fresh Hoods. It has been 5 months since the order and I have yet to receive my package. Through various emails I have attempted to locate my package and have yet to succeed. They have told me numerous times that they will send me a tracking number and never have. They have also said that my package was on the way, which was a lie. I sent an order for a matching Sweatpants and Bomber Jacket on Fresh Hood's website back on November 23, 2024. I emailed and responded to them on couple occasions. I last sent an email to them January 29, 2025. I have a file of the email discussion on the order and they responded Jan 31, 2025. I also have a screenshot of the website of my order. I placed an order from Fresh Hoods on Dec 4th, 2024 for a single jacket and paid $74.99 in total. According to their website it should have shipped within 5-12 days. As of today, Mar 8th, ****************************************** as much as a tracking number. I have had dozens of emails back and forth with the company through their email support service (*******). I have gotten nothing but generated responses, placations, excuses, and a 10% refund. I have tried to have my order cancelled and fully refunded but was told that they were unable to do that because the order has been processed. Never buy from them. They are a scam. I will be looking into opening a class action after seeing all the similar stories here.
