Date of transaction - 5/4/2024 - cancelled the continuation of the product on 3 occassions - the first was via email, the second via call to the ************ number and the third via the same call. Despite these cancellations - the company continues to charge my bank account - which fortunately for me, the security measures I have in place, block the payment and thus no payment is granted to the company. The frustration is that each time they persist on attempting to charge my bank account - it triggers a shut down of my account and requires a re-issuing of my bank account card.Business response

I purchased 4 perfume rollers from this website and once they arrived they seemed to filled with water. They smell of nothing. I contacted support and the asked for photos which I supplied and requested a refund. On March 10th I response was received stating they do accept returns or give refunds. It states on their website 100% satisfaction if not they'll fully refund you. I even offered to return the product which they also declined.
