      I ordered two pair of shoes about three weeks ago and paid for them with my MasterCard. I never received the shoes and every time I have tried to resolve this problem, I do not get a response to my message. Using the tracking number, the delivery company says it has been returned to the shipper. The number I have is D10013421721017. At this point, I would like a total refund of my money, over $217! This company is dishonest and does not respond to its customers.

      I placed two orders with the company during September 2022. I received both and wanted to return one order and a portion of the other. I completed the online return request process for both orders on October 10, 2022, within the 30 day return window listed on their website. I never received information on how to complete the return process. I followed up with an email on October 12, 2022, and then I completed the online contact us form twice with details of my request on October 17, 2022, and October 24, 2022. It is now October 30, 2022, and I have not received information on how to process my returns for a refund.

      I have returned my Vivaia order #GBCM2209201612105837 according to their terms and with a prior return authorization and have received proof that they received the return on October 6. I have not received the refund credit of $168.49. The reply to my emails always says the same thing, that they are sorry for the inconvenience and let them verify that they've received the return. I have sent them the proof of receipt.

      I have made multiple attempts to reach out to this company customer service regarding my purchase I have made, Ive sent them numerous emails telling them that the boots that i purchased does not run true to size and they are too big on me, their websites offers services that They dont deliver, unable to chat with someone is one of them, and they dont respond.

      Ordered a pair of the Vivaia shoes Sept. 19,2022. Received them the last week of Sept. The shoes were too narrow and short. Tried several times contacting them on their Return Form and have not had any response with return instructions. Everyone should be aware of these problems with Vivaia shoes.

      I purchased shoes from Vivaivi and found that they didnt fit. I contacted the company to request a return, as they have a 30 day window for non-final sale items. I was advised that I would be contacted in 24 hours. It has now been several days and no response. There is no available number to contact any customer service person. Im concerned about the business practices of the company and likelihood they will honor their return policy. I would simply like to return the shoes as advertised and receive my refund.

      Website falsely claims shoes have good arch support, they don't, but I take a chance because of the 30 day return policy. Upon getting the shoes, I realize there is no arch support whatsoever, so I initiate a return. I follow all the instructions laid out in the email including the odd step of "notifying" them when I've sent the shipment back. I did that today. Suddenly, are rules around what is needed to "notify" them. Apparently, I was supposed to get a receipt and send them a copy. I was given a prepaid shipping label, why can they not look up the tracking? If they need proof of shipment, why wasn't that explicitly stated? Supposedly it's ** "return warehouse is a third-party warehouse, we need the returned the shipping receipt to confirm that the package has been shipped". This all smells of a ploy to deny me a refund. I was willing to overlook the blatant exaggeration on the arch support on the shoes, but this company does it's damnedest to sneak out of it's return policy.

      I ordered several items from Vivaia on Aug 16,2022, received the items on Aug. 22, 2022 while out of the country.Upon my return I tried the items on, they did not fit and I have been trying to return the items ever since. According to their website I need to type my order number into their Return Portal so they can approve my return request. There is no order number listed on my order confirmation email, delivery confirmation email and no order number was included in my shipment received. I have send several messages to them to assist me with no response. There is no phone number to call them and I only have a couple days left to return the order within their 30 day return policy. I dont know what to do to get my money refunded.

      Vivana Shoes is a fraudulent company. On Sunday, August 21, I ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived and did not fit. I followed the directions at ********************************** to receive a "return receipt." That was not possible to do - three emails later I realized that they simply did not want any returned merchandise, despite what their online sales site advertised. They wanted to give me $25 for an order that cost me $98.96, and then I "could keep the shoes." Their automated replies are completely worthless. I would like to return the shoes to them and receive a refund. From other complaints on the BBB site, it looks life they do not honor their agreements with many of their customers, and should not be allowed to continue in business.My "receipt number" was listed as 1718-1958. online. But when the shoes arrived, there was no receipt or return information.
