      I ordered a pair of shoes. I tried to return them as per the policy. They told me to keep the shoes and they would refund the purchase price rather than return. Then they sent a return label. I sent the shoes back and have the email saying they would refund me. They did not. I have emails as proof of this.

      8/23/22 I bought 2 pairs of shoes, and the are not comfortable at all, but I decided to keep one and return one. I contacted the company and informed them that the shoes not comfortable and I needed to return the shoes, so I asked for a return label, not only once, but 4 times, and every time they answering me we regret, we apologize, blah, blah, but they never sent me a return label. The website does not provide Phone number, only email, there is no customer service. Im ready to pay myself for shipping, but this company does not provide the address where you can send it. What a scam!!! On their website it clearly says if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason we will offer you solutions according to your case. Ok, Im not happy with my purchase, and no solution. I believe its fraud company and someone should investigate this company. If on a website would say No return I dont think people would ever buy their shoes, they are not cheap.

      Ordered two pairs of shoes and a shoe bag on March 10th, 2022. Received the order in full on March 15th, 2022. Initiated return on March 16th, 2022 to return both pairs of shoes for being too narrow and the shoe bag as well. Received one generic email response asking for the details as to why I wanted to return the products. Since the 16th, I have not received a single response to any of the additional five emails I have sent following up with the return.

      I purchased and received a pair of shoes from Vivaia's website that I did not like. According to the website instructions, I emailed my return request within the 14 day deadline and received a ******** service response suggesting a product exchange or partial refund and no return of the product. Additionally, Vivaia asked for a photo of the shoes and box label as confirmation. I responded by email with the requested photo and advised Vivaia that I wished to return the shoes for full refund (to my Paypal account). Vivaia emailed back that they would send a "return form". Despite additional email requests from me for the return instructions, Vivaia has not responded in over 2 weeks. I emailed Vivaia advising that this complaint would be filed.

According to Vivaia's response of 12/22/21 advising of multiple emails sent to me, I did not receive any emails in my email box or in my junk folder. The only email response was received 12/22/21, including the return label. If a refund is not issued upon Vivaia's receipt of the returned item, I will request this case be reopened.
