  This is by far the worst company *** ever dealt with.I cancelled my tickets on January 1, 2025, and agreed to a $600 cancellation fee to receive a refund of $1,300. Now, months later, theyre suddenly asking for the original order number to process the refund. I explained that they should be able to look it up in their system using my details, but they claimed that, due to their company policy, they dont retain data for more than two months. Thats extremely suspicious, especially considering even small companies maintain records for years.Their customer service is unhelpful, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist. To make matters worse, I contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed that GoToGate hasnt even initiated the refund on their end.This entire experience feels like a scam.

  Worst experience I have ever had with a consolidator - canceled well within 24 hours and took literally hours to get a full refund - had to listen to lectures about service fees,, airlines taxes, misc scan fees - it went from givem 80% refund to 90% to 95% and then finally once I texted the sme companu someone made the mistake of actually giving me a full refund - they will do anything in their power not to give you some money =- never ever do business with this untrsutf=worthy company

  GoToGate? More like GoToHell!GoToGate is an absolute disaster of a company. Their customer service is patheticnobody listens, nobody does a **** thing, and every call is just an endless runaround. Dont bother trying to change a flight; you wont get anywhere. If the airline cancels, youre completely on your own. They dont even have a proper company email, and all you get is empty excuses and zero help.GoToGate ruined my entire trip. The agents were indifferent and offered no real assistance.GoToGate is nothing but a scam, and they couldnt care less about their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this garbage company at all costs. Theyll just waste your time, your money, and your sanity. Dont make the mistake of trusting themyoull regret it.

  Booking/Gotogate is the worst ghost company after you paid money. We booked united airline and travel insurance on the website. When we cancelled our trip due to medical emergency. No response from them, we call the united airline to cancelled the flight, they refunded our money, but sent the checks to Gotogate on Feb 19, 2024. They just grabbed our money and never refunded to us, even we have bought the insurance. What is the point of travel insurance.

  The primary airline was sold out and gotogate saved me by having reserved tickets. I was even able to get the flight cheaper!!
