      Chasing this company for refund which they are not crediting back to the resource. My flight got cancelled by airlines due to schedule change. They refunded the money to gotogate company but they are not processing the money back to my credit card and my credit card is charging me interest for non payment of bill.

      booked a flight from *********, ** to *********, **** and the site had zero information on Cancelations. It had a tab for self-transportation which stated you might have to pick up your bag and go to your connecting flight. My connecting flight was in *******, ******* and I was landing in *******, ******* a 33 mile drive, I checked taxi's and the cost was $90-120 on toll roads only. I called to cancel my trip and they wanted $44 handling fee but said I could call the airlines myself to cancel but they would still take the $44 handling fee. They would only give me a partial refund in money and the rest in a Spirit voucher which does not fly from ***************** so I cannot use it on another flight.

      My flights were cancelled by the airline. I received notice on September 12 about the cancellation and I contact your care center to rebook the flight. I was told it would take a few days to get the approval and I received confirmation on September 18. I told the agent I spoke with on September 12 that I needed the same departure times I originally booked because of my coordinated travel plan. The flight I purchased was from *** to *** on October 1 leaving at 10:25pm. The return flight is from *** to *** on October 6 leaving at 4:20pm. The agent via the chat told me my flight was an economy class and the only seats available are premium. For this reason he was not able to rebook my flight with the original times. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me to contact another department. I spoke with an agent in that department and he told me could not help me because the system was down. I was confused because a few minutes prior to the call the online agent was not having system issues. He told me he would create an escalation ticket. His name is *****. I am reaching because I do not know who to trust and I really need to get this resolved. My brother is getting married in ***** and I am officiating the wedding. They are counting on me being present. I am asking for assistance to get this resolved as soon as possible. I keep getting the run around.

      1) You must be make better the buy. It's very hard: travel hours, seats, baggage, stops, others...too much in different pages. Make two pages: Basis travel needs and Others. 2) Work to give peace of mind to the customer who is making a safe purchase. We are all the time worried ...is there a safe site web? is there a safe buy? ..can I safely give my card number?

      I hope this business outfit is not an organized scam. I bought a ticket on August 14 for my wife and I for a round trip ticket to ****** from ******** from Oct 29 to Nov 1 2024, As we speak I have not been issued the West jet ticket which I paid $1716. Kindly return my money asap so I can pursue out trip through other legitimate means. Thanks.

      Canceling the purchase of a ticket exactly one hour after the purchase and even though it was a flexible and refundable ticket, MYTRIP.com, even after saying that they would refund me, did nothing and still blamed ****** for not canceling the payment in 4 hours. ****** also did not take any action, not even with an open dispute. My trip via email received on 08/29 assured me that in one or two weeks I would have my refund and now after hundreds of attempts they say they can't do anything before 12/01/2024. I want my money back! I tried to reach an agreement on a voucher, but they won't even accept that. A company that doesn't care about the customer at all. Lack of respect and terrible service!

      The main problem is the sudden increase in the price of the ticket, it is like a trap, once you are in, you have to pay what will be decided by reaching the last step which is the payment.

      GO-TO-GATE is Cheating People Out of Their Hard-Earned Money!My family of four had our flight canceled without notice due to a commuter outage affecting the entire industry. We arrived at the airport only to be turned away, wasting money and nearly the entire day. While the situation was beyond anyone's control, what followed was unacceptable.The agency rebooked all of us for a flight three days later without our consent, which led us to cancel the first leg of our journey. The airline offered to let us cancel or reschedule the first leg without a penalty, but either option would have cut our travel plans in half, which was not acceptable to us.Ultimately, we canceled the flights directly with the airline, and they issued a full refund to GO-TO-GATE. It has now been almost 20 days since our original travel date, and despite numerous phone calls with different agents, I still have no idea if I will get back any of the $1,400 I paid. The rescheduled flight was also canceled two days in advance, and the airline issued $1,400+ back to the booking agency, but GO-TO-GATE has yet to refund anything to us.I would never book through this company again.
