  I went on line to find the best flight and I selected the lowest price which was thru Tavo port. They called me later to tell me that I needed to pay more than double the price, if I wanted to carry on luggage or to prevent stand by. When I said cancel. They said they couldnt return my money. Stay away from these new so called travel agencies!!I gave one star because there isnt anything lower.

  Terrible! I wish I had looked them up on BBB earlier! They advertised ticket at $385. I purchased ticket on 5/11/24 and got a call a couple of hours later. I was told that for this price no carry on would be allowed and the personal item could not weigh more than 5 pounds. The agent said that this was *****'s policy for this ticket price. I didn't believe that. We had an unpleasant conversation and we tried to cancel the ticket but were told we couldn't do that due to *****'s policy but could pay over $600 to get a ticket which allowed a carry on. We declined and said to just keep the price we had for roundtrip nonstop ***** flight 3866 from *** to *** on May 29,2024. The next day in the afternoon I received a call from the same woman saying that the airlines had no flights available in that category and that we would have to pay an additional $200+ to get on that flight. Again, we were told that the ticket (which we didn't have) was non-refundable and that we couldn't change dates or times. The only options were to forfeit the $385 or to pay an additional $200+ for the flight. Again, we were told we could not change the flight. I said since my credit card had not yet been charged we would just cancel. She said the credit card had already been charged (I get alerts immediately when my credit card is charged and 5 minutes after we hung-up I got an alert re: a $428.20 charge to ***** Airlines (not the advertised $385.39). Long story shortish, we were forced to pay an additional $169.78 (Travoport kindly gave a discount) for a total of $597.98 instead of the original $385.39. This morning, I saw ***** had one ticket for $409 but by the time I tried to purchase it, the ticket was gone. Interestingly, the $428.20 charge was made to ***** Airlines, and the additional $169.78 was charged by Travoport. How can ***** charge for a ticket that doesn't exist and why did the additional $ go to Travoport?? Very shady business! Class Action suit anyone??????

  I just booked two tickets for two persons and all the reviews that Im reading here is the same thing Im experiencing FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Telling me that only one person is confirmed so I need to book another ticket I told them I booked two tickets therefore if both cannot be confirmed I do not want any. They then told me it cant be cancelled so I have to book another ticket or loose my money. Why are they still able to be doing this after so many complaints I wish I had looked them up and read these reviews before booking. Still waiting on the bank to cancel the charges. Not sure what the outcome is going to be. I put one star because there is not a rating for NO STAR or 0 rating

  Obnoxious and fraudulent. Travoport requires a call with "Claus" to complete the airline ticket transaction. When ***** reads through the restrictions on this "promotional" fare, he alters the restrictions from what is sent in the confirmation email. (Example: must show up 3-4 hours early for a domestic flight because online checkin is possible, and no baggage of any kind--even a personal item--is allowed.) ***** invites customer to work out with him any restrictions that are uncomfortable. Claiming that the customer should not expect the advertised ******************** price (why would you expect $150 for a $400 ticket?, he asked), ***** tries to keep the conversation going, toward resolution. Fraud means that something--like payment--is obtained through deception. ***** of Travoport says that if the airline ticket restrictions do not mention baggage, customer should not assume that baggage is included. In fact, if this imaginary category of ticket does not allow any bag, shouldn't the airline's restrictions include and highlight that? Pay more, but pay nothing to Travoport.

  This company is a total scam. They advertised a discounted ticket of $181 to my destination. But do NOT make it clear the restrictions include: flight is NOT confirmed, no seat selection and NO BAGS! AND Non Refundable and not able to cancel. Then they contact you to confirm your flight about 45 minutes after paying them. And they then say I need to pay additional fees to get an actual confirmed flight with 1 checked bag included for an additional $178 - total $360 flight cost. If I went to airline directly I would have only paid $284. This is outrageous they sell a ticket that is not confirmed with airline and then essentially hold you blackmailed to have to pay more to actually get a confirmed ticket, At more than the airline charges!!! Since there is no way to get back the money already paid. NO DISCOUNT HERE! Big scam! DO NOT USE THEM!! 0 Rating Worst travel booking experience in 70 years of traveling!!!! Terrible customer service

  This company is a scam.They sell you a ticket with incredibly good price then you find out the ticket is not true. and end up paying even more than regular price or you lose the money you paid.

  Do not use this company. The website does not show the real price or a real seat. You cannot book online, the agent has to call you to confirm. During this call, the agents will give false information about luggage and flight availability to trick you to get a ticket that is triple the original price, then they will not refund the original price ticket. The price ends up being more than booking through an airline. The agents are rude and are manipulative. The agents will over talk and do not state anything clearly. This company is a complete scam! Do not book with them.

  Scam! I purchased a flight from this company at a great price. Received a phone call to confirm my flight and inform me that I had purchased a discounted ticket and could not even take a carryon or pay luggage fees when I got to the airport. I told the agent that was ludicrous! I also told her that was a fraudulent practice because that is not listed on the website so that customers would know that before purchasing! Agent *********************** stated that if I cancelled I could not get a refund so I told her I would keep the ticket. I then locked my credit card. Never got a ticket so I callled back and complained that I had not received a ticket. Then agent informed me that I had a ticket going but a standby ticket coming back. So I that was unacceptable and asked her to send me what she had it she refused. I told her I would wait for the airline to find me a ticket. After the call, she sent an email saying that due to unforeseen circumstances that my reservation had been cancelled then I received a message from my credit card company that they tried to receive payment but it was declined. So I was right then never had booked me a ticket at all. To top it off they are using the airlines name for the charge on my credit card. SCAM!

  ******** BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I booked these expensive tickets yesterday just to get a call from a foreign representative I might add to tell me I wasnt allowed and luggage or carry on and then when I asked them to cancel my tickets they said no refund now I partially blame myself for not reading the fine print but I hold them accountable for still charging my bank account after I told them I didnt want the flights anymore I am ****** STEAMING HOT what type of company have steals your money and you cant take any luggage that doesnt even go hand in hand I should have read the reviews first and I usually do I am so DISGUSTED right now if I could give them no stars I would.

  Biggest scam company. Should be a 0 star!!!! Searched through cheap flights and found a flight about $100 less than others with decent 9flight times. Paid $227.34 round-trip *** to ***. Received email confirmation stating it was processing and a representative would call and confirm. Sure enough like the others a guy named ******************* calls. Definitely not a real name as he barely spoke English. Told me it's a restricted ticket I cannot change or cancel and it's nonrefundable then told me no carry ons no checked bag. I said ok I'll just buy baggage check from the airline and he told me I couldn't. I said ok well how much is it to add baggage then he says that I need to move the date by 1 day earlier and it'll be an additional $227 I said h*** no and immediately called my bank. Luckily there is no charge on my account, I froze my card, and I did put a fraud alert. DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!!!! DO NOT EVER BOOK!!! THERE IS NO FLIGHT!!
