            This company sold two palm trees to me and they were delivered dead. I followed their return policy exactly as advertised. They stated they packaged and sent the palms perfectly and would not honor a return, that I must file a claim to the shipping company on their behalf. I have filed a claim and the shipping company approved the claim however they will not release funds without speaking to lets grow Florida. They must receive permission to send funds to me since it was lets grow Florida whom sent it and had it insured. The thing is the box they used was not sturdy with zero packaging material to keep the plants safe or the box sturdy/prevent crushing in transit which is in fact negligence of this company. However lets grow Florida has gone dark, the will not reply to any emails, will not reply to the shipping company to authorize release of funds, or return any of my phone calls. I highly recommend never ordering from this company as they claim these trees were alive with no proof while I provide multiple pictures showing they were dead. Instead of offering a refund they said I can call the shipper its not their problem.
