      I was planning to have cosmetic surgery with CG Cosmetics and they asked me to apply for a credit card in August 2023 in order to lock a surgery day. I was supposed to have surgery on April 16, 2024 but sent a request to cancel my surgery on March 20, 2024. They replied the same day with the following:Thank you for reaching out . This is a confirmation that your request for a refund has been received.Please allow us up to 30 business days to process your refund and remember that a thousand dollars is a non refundable fee based on the company's reimbursement and cancellation policy .Your request will be reviewed and processed accordingly , because every patient case is different. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method .----------April 5th follow up response: Your refund goes to the finance company Alphaeon in the amount of $8,000 because $1,000 is a non refundable fee for cancellation.The reimbursement process could take up to 30 business days.April 23rd follow up response: Usually it takes 30 business days , but sometimes it takes longer than expected as of now, due to the fact that we were having technical difficulties which is the main reason for the long delay. Our apologies for not getting your refund done on the agreed date, but we assure you that you will be reimbursed and we are working to make it happen as soon as possible.April 29th follow up response: We estimate ***** business days at least.May 15th response: We apologize for not delivering your refund within the time period we communicated. While there were factors beyond our control (technical difficulties, no longer work with certain merchant companies). June 18th follow up response: We estimate to get it done in 7-10 business days.I'm still waiting for my refund and nothing has happened. Someone has to investigate them ASAP. This is very unethical and quite concerning. I don't want to damage my credit so I'm making my monthly payments. HELP!

      I paid $7,000 in this Clinic CG cosmetics in **************for a Breast surgery I ended up the worst nightmare ever since my follow *** the nurses left stitches those stitches left me with a big wound that didnt wanted to close for more than 6 weeks after that I was traveling to ****************** there I have to search for a Doctor to remove more stitches my Right Breast started to hurt and I was sending pictures and messages by email, Tex, instagram and they keep saying that that was ok .. I been trying with this people for more than 2 years to fix my problem.. three weeks ago my right Breast started to turn red and itching it was filling that something needs to come out.. I immediately sent them a picture they told me that that was more stitches after two years.. I asked the person that was talking to me by email that I needed to see the doctor **** whe I when to see the Doctor he clearly said that yes it was a problem and that he needs to fix it.. I asked them to made me a appointment so I could get this problem resolved they made me wait for 5 days for a supposed supervisor to contact me.. they never answered me call instead they send me a text message with a cost of my surgery of $6,000 .. i need them to fix my problem with out a cost for me ..!! I seem that BBB has several complaints about this place .. please help us

Please contact our follow up department for your post-op concerns, once a surgery is completed the follow up department will assist you all the way. Also they can schedule a consultation with the surgeon to go over the areas of concern.

      I am rejecting this response because: for months I have been trying for them to fixed what it was a malpractice from the follow up appointments the nurses dint do what was their responsibility..it has been two years of my self communicating with them through many different waysI went to see *********** at CG cosmetics meet with the Dr in person and he started that is I  had a problem with my right breast. Dr stated that **** to be fixed. The problem is CG and Dr want to get additional payment between $3,500 & $6,000 after I paid them$7,000 plus for the surgery. I know that it may be a cost but not the amount that they are asking.. at this point Im more concerned about my health than the look of my Breast..! They have a numerical complyings in different websites, ******* Real self .. please help me to get my life back..

      I was scheduled for Surgery, got my IV, saw the anesthesiologist and a few minutes before my surgery the Doctor cancelled the procedure and said he didnt have the proper materials to perform the surgery at CG Cosmetics and that I would need to see him at his private office as it was a more complicated procedure. CG Cosmetics has not been responsive and has not processed my refund. I had the same issue 3 years ago when I was going to have a procedure with them but ended up finding out I was pregnant and unable to have the procedure then, it took them almost a year to refund my credit card. I decided to give them a chance but have ran into other people who have had the same issue and even some of their staff admitted that they do this often and keep peoples money.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have sent multiple emails, called and left messages asking for a refund. I have made it very clear that CG Cosmetics is a terrible place who doesnt care about the patients only the money. The Doctor cancelled my surgery, why would you ask if I want to reschedule, this is all a scam to not provide a refund. I have talked to multiple people who have had the same issue and ready to come forward and report this business. My next step is hiring an attorney. Provide my refund now! It has been almost 2 months! I have attached a copy of the emails I have sent these people following up on my refund and never mentioning rescheduling. I am being charged late fees by Alphaeon every single month and this is affecting my credit

      I booked a mommy makeover with CG cosmetics last month to have done in July. After reading reviews, I changed my mind and asked for a refund on 5/5/24. On 5/6/24 I received an email back saying they received my request and it would take up to 30 business days to receive my refund if determined I am eligible for one. Their website specifically says refunds will be processed in 21 working days. Also, before I canceled my procedure I SPECIFICALLY asked my coordinator if I could use my $1000 deposit toward another procedure such as lip filler and she said she believed so but she would have a manager reach out to me. No one ever called so I called them. That manager told me I cant use it for anything other than another BIG cosmetic procedure but it does not state that anywhere in the agreement I signed. She then told me that I could reach out to the general manager at *************************************** and they may accommodate me. I have sent several emails with no response. I have tried calling several times since then with no luck. I even reached out on IG initially got a response but now they wont respond to **** am not trying to get a refund for my deposit! I just want my surgery refund in 21 days (not 30) as it states on the website and I want to be able to use my $1000 towards something else like Botox or filler. This is the worst costumer service I have ever seen especially when I have just paid them $8750! I guess since I am wanting a refund they do not care!!! There is NO way to get in contact with general manager, business manager or owner! They simply do not care about their customers!

      Based on the company policy $ ***** is not refundable. Patient booked the procedure and then decide to cancel after a lot of work has been done. Our company policy is clear and its in all payment forms that $ ***** is not refundable.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not ask for $1000 refund! I asked to use the $1000 on something else provided by CG cosmetics and was told that I could from the coordinator but then told I couldnt from a manager! Also, it has been 29 business days (because there was a holiday or it wouldve 30) and I STILL have not received my $7750 refund! If I have not received it by Monday I will be taking action and getting my credit card company to file a dispute! Also, if Im not allowed to use the $1000 towards something else, I will be looking into finding a lawyer for court!

      I am rejecting this response because: I have FINALLY received a refund after basically having to beg for it! Their website states 21 days! It took around 40 BUSINESS days not counting weekends and holidays! They only refunded me after I contacted an attorney! 

      I still have $1000 CREDIT from the deposit that I was told I could use on something else at the facility that I want to use. I will be in ***** in a few weeks and will be stopping by.

      I had Breast augmentation done on 01/05/2021 with *****************. I am now having complications so I reached out to the warranty company to see if I could get them removed free of cost since they are causing health issues and I was informed that this is life time warranty. When I contacted the warranty company which is the picture I uploaded they said I didnt qualify to make a claim since i wasnt 22 at the time of surgery, they advised me that I was supposed to be 22 to receive silicone implants. This was my first time hearing of this being that the surgery clinic never informed me that I wasnt of age to be operated on I was 20 years old at the time of surgery from my knowledge I only had to be 18 to receive the surgery. After this I reached out to the surgery clinic multiple times last week trying to get a resolution. The last call I had with the follow up department they took down my information but never returned my call as they said they would. This is no surprise to me being that they operated on me when they shouldnt have and didnt follow any laws I knew they would not return the call as soon as I said that they operated on me when they were not supposed to. I assume this is malpractice and theyll probably try to do something shady like delete files since they asked for me info but acted like they couldnt look at it while we were on the phone. So hopefully you guys can help me and any future people from going through this.

      Please contact us at the follow up department. Once patient had services rendered we can not refund any funds. Fees charged are for services rendered not for results. Nonetheless we can have the patient come and have a consultation with the Surgeon. Patient might be eligible for a revision.

      January of 2023 I used momnt financing to finance both my daughter and I surgery for October 2023. I decided to cancel my surgery in April of 2023 and Returned my portion of the surgery back to momnt. My daughter Canceled her surgery also before her surgery date and has been emailing them to return her portion of the loan since November 2023 it is now MAY 2024 and no one has helped us with a resolution. CGC has been lying saying they are in contact with momnt and working on it but thats not true I called momnt and they said no one from CGC has reached out to them. I just want the money returned can you please help me.

      I had pre paid $8000 for a breast lift. The day of surgery the dr decided I didnt need a breast lift and I just needed an implant exchange. So we redid the paperwork and final about was $7000 for the procedure. I had already prepaid. They still owe me $1000 and have not refunded me in 3 months. I have sent dozens of emails and not one helps me.

      I paid in full for a surgery and decided not to get it. Per the companies refund policy they would refund me in 30 days and have yet to refund me and told me to dispute it with my card company which was not their policy.

      Scheduled a procedure and never received an invoice of the procedure and did not meet with the plastic surgeon in person or virtually, for assessment and normally a deposit is needed after consultation and before procedure. I needed to cancel since I did not even meet with the provider and had a family issue but I was told I still have to pay $1000 and I am canceling 2 weeks before procedure .

      I scheduled a surgery which I was pushed by being pressured o putting down the deposit. Less than a month later k cancelled as I found to be pregnant. I cancelled it in February and was told my refund would be processed in 30 days. 2 weeks ago I inquired again and was told there was a system delay. Today I was told the refund wasn't yet processed. This is $7000 I owe on a credit card and they don't care about any situation they said I would get a refund except 1000. I had no choice so from 8000 I was to get refunded to the credit card the 7000. I can't keep paying that monthly interest and payments. No one is able to let me talk to anyone about e over the phone they say it has to be by email. I need my refund to be returned.
