I cancelled a planned cosmetic procedure. I had done financing through **************. I decided to cancel the surgery on October. I have yet to receive my financing card to be credited back regardless of multiple attempts to contact the company. Cg cosmetics just keeps telling me they are working on it. I have tried to call and I can only get a recording for the accounting department.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They did not process my refund until this month and until after I contacted the financing company and they did a dispute on the charge.

Date of transaction 2/12/24 I emailed CG cosmetics asking for a refund 6500 adjusted its on my husbands credit. Ive emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. Theres multiple reviews stating women havent gotten a refund in over a year I dont want to pay for a surgery I never got or plan on getting at that facility. The reviews are horrible and the lack of communication by the staff and also not refunding my money. Now my husbands credit will be ruined because they wont refund the money.Business Response

I was going to get a tummy tuck & **** lift for March 10, 2025. I found out that on Feb 21 $8k was taken from a cc that was approved for it. And the person that set the appt ghosted me. I emailed them for a refund. They emailed back stating they will keep $1000 because thats their policy. FINE! And said they will take 30 days to process refund. Theres other complaints I found that they will keep the $ and not refund. I need my $ refunded asap so I dont end up making cc payments for services not rendered! I reached out to a CG Cosmetics December 2024 to get info about the PET Procedure. I spoke to a lady on the phone, and I was told what was needed to have the procedure done. She told me the cost was $4500, and they could set up payment through the bank they used. I agreed to have the procedure at their facility, so I was emailed medical forms to get medical clearance from my doctor, since I have Lupus. I discussed the issue with my doctor, and the procedure was not recommended for me, so I couldn't get medical clearance. I emailed CG Cosmetics and told them I couldn't get the clearance, and why. I asked them if the doctor at CG Cosmetics could provide me a clearance; because I really wanted the procedure. However, she never responded. About a month later, I received a statement in the mail where CG Cosmetics had charged the credit card I was given through their bank for $5,000. I tried to reach out to them and the Bank to cancel the charge, but I have continued to struggle with getting the help. They keep giving me a run around. I feel like I have been scammed; because it's like I paid $5,000 just to talk to someone about a procedure and to tentatively set it up. I wish I would have never called them; because now what they did is ruining my perfect credit! Please help me resolve this issue by getting CG Cosmetic to refund the money back to the credit card they applied for in order for me to have the procedure done, since I couldn't get clearance for the procedure, and since I have never stepped in their clinic not one time, but only talked to them on the phone from *********. I was told my credit card would not be charged until the day of the surgery; because I was told to bring it with me. (See the bottom of the attached pdf referencing I needed to bring the credit card the day of the surgery .. when clearly they charged it the day I spoke to them on the phone to schedule the procedure and set up a consultation to meet the doctor at the clinic.).Customer Answer

The transaction occurred 2 years ago I paid CG cosmetics a total of $2,600 using my credit card. Per the contract a non refundable fee of $1000. However I was advised I could purchase products with the amount. Secondly the contract states that I would get my refund within 20 calendar days. Than was advised it will take 30 business days. The company is in breach of contract due to my email was sent for cancellation on 12/17/25 and I should have refund by now. The accounting department isnt responding and no call back from office manager in regards to some for of additional refund due to breach in contractBusiness Response

I talked to a ***** ***** at CG Cosmetics about an augmentation. She took all my info, set up an apt, i was sent the contracts via email to sign. I read them over, declined to sign, so i I got a follow up email saying "exchange was cancelled". A little bit goes by and I get a 4000$ bill, it hit my credit and my first payment says it's due 2/20/25. I also received an Alphaeon credit card. It's still stuck to the paper it came in bc I didn't want it. Now again, I NEVER signed anything for this account and I want it removed. I was told the 4000$ was a promotional price and would EXPIRE if no one used it. I live in ********, not ******* and I never had access to the funds directly. I'd like the account removed and my credit restored to its prior condition please.Business Response

I am owed a refund. They said they would pay it back in 30 business days. They failed to do so within the timeframe and when I have called, emailed and left several messages and voicemails they only response shared was thank you for my patience and apologies for the delay. It has now been more 60 business days and no refund. The last message was they sent was there was a technical issue and thank you for your patience but no indication of when they will process it. I booked a surgery and submitted all necessary medical disclosures to the company prior to flying out from ****** to ******* for a surgery.Upon arrival, I was seen by a staff member. They had me assigned documents and then sent me to get sized for recovery garments in which they charged me cash The doctor apparently could not make it in that day and so I had to come back later.The doctor finally showed up. I had a consultation with him.After which they said, my medical release records werent enough and I needed another release. Even though I had just had facelift surgery a year before and had no problems with us. They sent me to a doctor in town that I would have to pay cash to in order to get my heart records released. I have absolutely no problems with my heart and they were given all of this data from my doctor.I showed up to that doctor and they said no you dont have an appointment. They lied this company does that all of the time Im sorry the doctor is not in today. Got back in my taxi. Went back to the hotel again.They cosmetic surgery place and said that they could get me in but it wouldnt be until the next Monday when I was supposed to be flying out on Tuesday. Is not safe to fly one day after surgery. Why did they not need a medical release then?I paid for my hotel room, my travel, the doctor visits prior to visiting them for the releases that they required that my doctor signed off on, their cash only ********************* hotel, flights etc.They said that they would refund my money but did not and I had to challenge the credit company that charged for the full service. I followed up over 30 days later and they still had not refunded my money. I had to pay off what was owed and they never refunded me all my money as promised! They said they would refund me everything except the thousand dollar deposit!I want all the money I had to pay off on that credit card return to me!Business Response

I have paid for a surgery that I was unable to have performed due to the ***** reason the doctor would not approve this surgery they have all the documentation. I paid $4,499 for a *** during a promotion at CGC Cosmetic Clinic. The coordinator processed my payments. Due to a family emergency, I requested a refund. Despite multiple requests, I was told that a refund would be issued, but it has not been processed. The accounting department later informed me that refunds take 30 days; however, it has now been over 30 business days, and They still have not processed the refund. I have also requested an expected refund date or further details, but I have not received any response.
