      I made a deposit and multiple payments to Jolies plastic surgery for a procedure which was bbl/liposuction 360. Upon contacting the surgery center to get an update I was told that my surgeon ************************* has moved surgery centers, I put in a notation for a refund to get my payments back because I am entitled to a refund. I was told that I would be getting a check in the mail and I never received my check. Upon calling the surgery center I was told my file can no longer be found.

      Jolie is permanently closed and my deposit is gone I cant get on the portal I moved my mom passed away etc they took my 250$ deposit how am I supposed to get my money back?

      I made a $250 jan 26,2021 last year June 2022 I called they said that I was going get my refund via Cheque upon till now I have not received anything. Their phone number and emails dont work I tried other means of getting in touch with them all attempts were unsuccessful I just want my money back. They have closed the portal that shows your information such as money paid, outstanding balances etc I am very dissatisfied with how they go about things

      When I went to get surgery in January 19,2021 within a week I had to fly back to them because I wasnt draining properly and and so much fluid on the bottom of my stomach that felt like bricks and they drain me but when I got back home it happen again so I drained myself for a week after and I was still in pain then noticed that one of my **** cheeks was bigger then the other and my surgeon was *************** and it did not look right and felt funny and I was in some pain so it took me a while to get another surgery when I was ready to get it fixed I called Jolie and put my deposit down and 200 on surgery and they gave me a date but when I called back to ask questions I was told boules my surgeon had left the building and they transferred me to a Avana plastic surgery in 2022 and I had to put another deposit down where I got 360 lipo and bbl and my surgeon there told me one of my **** cheeks was indeed bigger then the other that could have been the cause of discomfort and I notice from my second surgery they used drains after to drain properly Jolie did not.

      It took me just nearly a week (with no help from Jolie) with some online research to eventually find out which facility my Dr. had transferred to since finding that Jolie was permanently closed; also found that my money was not transferred. After leaving nearly 8 voicemail messages on their ************ line someone (a woman named **************) from Jolie finally called me back a week later. She tells me that my $250 deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable because I signed their cancellation policy document back some time ago, which states and I quote, "If your surgical procedure is canceled for any reason or at any time, a $750 cancellation fee will apply." She made it seem like my deposit is being consumed in that cancellation fee and here's the thing, I/myself did or is not requesting to cancel. It's them (the Jolie Company) that is canceling patients (including my) services with them for the mere fact that their company has permanently closed. I'm confused. It is not my fault and beyond my control that your company has been shut down, which puts me in a predicament where I am FORCED WITHOUT service and my deposit. Why would I be penalized and not refunded for that? This is not considered a patient cancellation request and should not be under those same guidelines. In other words, If the company was still open and operating, I would've still been their patient. This woman just kept repeating the same thing as if there was a language barrier. When asked to be sent a copy of the deposit invoice (or proof of payment for my deposit and their contract for my own review since their patient portal weblink is broken) she tells me that they no longer have access to it in the system. Well that's it's strange considering she can see/ reference back to a cancellation policy document she said that I signed. That's unfair. I feel terrible that I entrusted this company to begin with my health, appearance, and money. I need a resolution by way of a refund.

      Jolie has sent me emails confirming my refund but I am yet to receive it. I have been waiting for my refund since February 2022. I received the check from Jolie that bounced and I was told that another check would have been sent out to me with my refund amount of $5500. I have email stating that my refund was sent out again on November 1, 2022 I still have not received that refund And no one is picking up their phones. I have left over 100 messages and email. since last year and no response.

      I made a deposit $250 for services. I was not aware of the facility closing before it closed. When I called to make another payment I was told the office closed and was only open for medical records. They explained to me that my file would follow the surgeon at another facility known as Unique cosmetics, when I called someone explained that the **************** no longer was employed there and they did not know where she was located. I would like a full refund.

      I just found out a few minis go that this center closed down. I was suppose to have surgery, paid a deposit and never received a call. I found out by another surgery center trying to contact me via email called Adore Plastic surgery about booking a surgery. I never gave Jolie plastic surgery permission to give my information to anyone. I am being told that Jolie closed down and my old doctor went to Adore and thats how they got my file. However my doctor no longer works for Adore and Jolie is closed. Adore told me they have my deposit and its non-refundable that they got from Jolie. They are refusing to give me my deposit and are trying to make me go to one of there doctors. Thats not fair and its not my fault Jolie closed. I should be able to get my deposit back!

      On 4/1/2021 I made a $500 deposit to Jolie plastic surgery for a lipo/bbl procedure with *******. I also made an additional payment using a different card of about $250 but I am still searching through all my statements to find which card I used ( I will upload it when I find it). I attempted logging in today to make an additional payment so I can schedule my surgery but I found that the company has permanently shut down. Their website or patient portal is no longer active and I have no way of reaching them. I called their number that went to Voice-mail and I left a message.

      I am rejecting this response because: I called the number provided by the company three times and it goes straight to voice-mail. It does not even give you the option to put in the extension 2133. 

      Can I please have a representative call me on my number on file ************? Why did the company not just refund my money initially to the card or address on file if they closed a year ago? This means they intended to keep the money had I not filed a complaint. 

      I will be reaching out ti the ************************* in their area to report thus as well if the company keeps giving me the run around.
