      I had surgery done by Dr. ******** It has becoming intolerable since I had the surgery. I dont think it was done properly because it has been a pain ever since. I have been seen by several doctors and it is noted that it needs to be corrected ASAP or I may not be able to walk properly. I sent pictures to them noting the irregularities.

      Dear ***/ madam A friend of mine told me that Professional Plastic surgery can do what I needed done a lot cheaper than *********. I contacted their office and wanted to set up an appointment to have my surgery done . They asked me to pay a deposit $250 and during all my phone calls to them they never mentioned a NON refundable deposit . Even through emails no such a thing was mentioned. Last week I had a change of heart about the surgery and about being away from home. I called their office to cancel and get my money back. They ,at this last phone call, and only this last phone call said that they dont refund . All I want is to get my money back since they never mentioned a non refundable deposit over the phone or through their emails. Please let me know if you need me to send their emails. I also want to let you know that my cancellation came a month before my surgery and you should also know that there was no mention in any form about cancellation either. I hope you can help resolve this matter. .Thank you kindly for all your help.*******************

      I purchased a tummy tuck in February 2024 and was told I would receive a full refund minus the deposit if I cancel. I canceled and requested a refund June, 12, 2024. I paid $4500 on 02/14/2024. I was told my refund would be $4,000. Now Im being told the accounting department wont approve my refund. This is not ethical nor professional and I want my refund or id like to pursue legal matters. Now Im also being told the accounting department is only there on Fridays. It has been more than 2 weeks of this back and forth.

      I paid $1,000 to professional plastic surgery for a procedure I never received. At the time when I paid the $1,000 on two separate occasions, I was told my payments would be refunded if I am unable to get a medical clearance from my medical doctor. I contacted the company today but was spoken to very rudely and was told I would not be given back the $1,000 I paid. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the representative hung up on me. I am asking for a full refund of the $1,000 I paid to this company. I have not received any product or service from them and was assured my money would be fully refundable if I couldn't get medical clearance from my doctor.

      On 6/14/24 a full refund (including deposit) was verbalized following a ** scan they recommended on 6/13/24, with results received, they recommended I obtain the surgery in a local hospital given the founded medical issues on the ** scan. So, they canceled the surgery, despite them telling me they could perform the surgery despite my previously informed medical information prior to scheduling the surgery, including my $500 deposit. They indicated the refund would be initiated on 6/17/24. I made a $500 deposit on 9/29/23, $4100 paid on 5/31/24 and an additional $328 was requested, not previously indicated or informed, during my preop appointment, and paid on 6/12/24.Total owed: $4928 They have not initiated any refund or respond to my correspondence.

      I made 3 payments to the company towards a procedure, the original doctor left the company, I was instructed to choose a new doctor and procedure date. I requested an update on my itemized statement. I have been told for months that I would receive it by email over the phone and no one has contacted me. I would like a full refund and move on they do not seem trust worthy to perform my surgery .

      Hello, the facility has contacted me about having the procedure done and paying additional monies but still once asked for a statement and documents to provide to my primary doctor for clearance no one will release it to me.

      On September 28, 2023, I paid at $500 deposit and scheduled breast augmentation surgery with the above listed establishment. My total surgery cost was quoted at $5000, leaving my remaining balance $4500 to be paid or financed on the day of my preop check in, when I arrived January 25 for my preop, I was asked to present the card that I paid the initial $500 deposit on. I could not present this card because the card had been canceled due to fraud. This is my debit card linked to my bank account. I was assured that the money could still be refunded to the card even though it was no longer active because it was a debit card, and I was instructed to pay the $500 deposit again with a different method. I did that so all I paid $5500 for a $5000 surgery , all paperwork that was signed by myself and the administration of the establishment agreed to a price of $5000. My surgery was January 26 I went in January ************************************************************ that my refund would be processed. It never got processed. I went back-and-forth with the establishment for three weeks before they finally started working on my return the refund would not go through because the card had been active for too long. I was instructed to file a claim with my bank and they would claim my refund would be approved. I two claims with my bank both were denied on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. I reached back out to professional Plastic surgery and asked them if they could please file Client claim with my bank or issue me a different type of return a paper check, to provide them with my bank account information so they could wire it to me, they refuse to send me my money in anyway and claim that the only way that they can do it is to return it to the card that is no longer active, they are in breach of contract. They are refusing to send me my refund I feel the business is completely unethical and unprofessional. Ive been overcharged for surgery that has locked in price bound by contract.

      I want my money back. Down is a detailed review that I left but pretty much I drove from ********* to ***** to get the surgery and when I got there I was told it was gonna cost anywhere between an extra thousand to **** and my surgery was scheduled the next day. I was using a finance company. They had the date wrong, I spent hours on the phone trying to get the surgery date corrected to get them to pay out and everything else. Every time she came back from her supervisors office she told me more and more money that I had to pay to get the surgery. That sounds like a scam. When my husband left all p.o, they had the audacity to text me and say that I can get the surgery cheaper for $250 but it wasnt the type of implants I wanted. So Im supposed to sacrifice my health for a scam? No I put $500 down. I want my $500 back.Dont do it!!!! They only gaf while you are booking. Once they get the money, you are nothing to them. They will inconvenience you, lie to you and do whatever they can to book you. They will offer false and fake promises to get you there and then tell you you owe more money the day before your surgery.You can respond to my review with that bs but you know its c*** I got all the way to ***** from ********* and then you try to add an extra $1000 to $**** to my total and then try to tell me that the finance company has the date of my surgery listed wrong( they would not let me proceed with out payment from them or me) That seems like a clerical error from your office but yet I was the one who got penalized. THAT WOULD BE WHY I CANCELED THE *** OF!!! Because let me tell you I wasted my time on purpose, NO you wasted my time!!! I was going to use one of the financing services but that was a scam obviously, its just the way for them to get more money in their pocket and they figure once they have you there youre just gonna do what they say. Its sketchy as h*** when you go there, anyways. I was kinda of scared to let one of those Doctors touch me. There is nothing nice or fancy about this facility, they just want to pump patients out. Its not about your safety or well-being. Its about how much money they can put in their pockets. Just ****** them and find the reviews. Its not hard. Dont let their low prices in the beginning fool you. Seriously save your life and go somewhere else!!! I just want my money back. Thats all I want is my money back but thats fine. I will keep leaving reviews everywhere!! Eventually people will wise up and go to a better reputable facility.

      I asked for lipo and removal of excess skin on my chest. I stated if all they offered was lipo I could get that done in my home ***********************. The book agent confirmed I was getting both and the doctor confirmed. Initially the Doctor said lipo only and I stated I know what I paid for. I wake up from General anaesthetic and not till I get to my hotel does my wife inform me that they did only **** as telling them multiple times.Why would I fly to ***** pay $600 in flights, $800 in hotel and $4,800 just for lipo. I do not trust them at this point and just want a billing adjustment done. I do not feel safe going under their care again.

      I had a super ***** planned with them for September 7h 2023. I was traveling from ******* to ***** from Wednesday the 6 to Friday the 8th. We had rent d an apartment for this dates. I went to the pre op on Wednesday, they told me they would let me know time of surgery for the next day later. After a few hours someone called and told me there was an emergency and would have to postpone surgery until Friday. I told them I could not do it that day, obviously because the apartment is as tented for 2 days and my family that was with me has me to get back to ******* because of work, kids ect. After getting upset, someone else calls me and says that ok, they can do it on Thursday the 7th. I obviously did not feel comfortable or safe going under general anesthesia with then being so unprofessional.I had to fight to get the $2,700 I paid that day but they would not refund me the $500 deposit.I had tremendous amount of money xpenses going there, They tried to change dates on me and I did not f el safe in their hands.I think its only fair and right to refund me the deposit.I would appreciate it any help in this matter.Thank you.***********************
