  I went for a tummy tuck, liposuction and muscle repair, and what I got was tummy tuck, did not get the full service, then I was told that since I was not healing properly that I needed hyperbaric chamber treatment that cost me another 1400 ,I tried to cancel the therapy but they said the money is not refundable, these people are thieves, all they think about is making money without any concern to the person.

  Hola antes que nada an pasado 3meses desde mi última cirugía en esta clínica con la primera quedé muy conforme la segunda no tanto por eso me sometí a la 3 la cual a sido una pesadilla fue levantamiento de cara cuello y papada y no me isieron nada nomas que producirme una quemadura de 3 grado el doctor ***** es una persona prepotente y falta de ética que lo trata a uno como si fuera a regalar las cirugías e gastado el doble en cuidados médicos le iden archivos y no los manda lo único que piden son fotos mi doctora a pedido archivos a hablado y nada son un asco solo quieren tu dinero

  Translation: Hello, first of all, it has been 3 months since my last surgery in this clinic. With the first one, I was very satisfied with the second one, not so much. That's why I underwent the 3rd one, which was a nightmare. It was a face, neck and chin lift and they didn't give me anything. to give me a 3 degree burn, Dr. ***** is an arrogant and unethical person who treats you as if he were going to give away the surgeries and spent twice as much on medical care, they give you files and he doesn't send them, the only thing they ask for are photos My doctor asked for files, she spoke and nothing is disgusting, they just want your money.

  Awful customer service, lack of empathy towards customers in their most vulnerable moments and even when the results were not as expected, they dismissed me as if I didn't spend all this money on their business. They treated me like another dollar than an actual person, let alone a PERSONAL CUSTOMER! They lied to me to try and cover their steps and made me look as if I was trying to ruin their reputation and image, when they didn't care about ruining mine, literally!!

  I would give this place ZERO stars, but it didnt give that option. This is going to be a book. I overpaid by $1700 for BA, they were going to refund that, we have not seen that money. Its been over 8 months. Okay, so I was brought back and was told Anesthesiologists would come to talk to me, he didnt. I was brought back and he started to talk to me but then seemed distracted, I repeated myself twice. He was not dressed to be in an OR, no gloves no surgical hat, just scrubs. He started my IV quickly with no gloves before I even noticed, I noticed when I felt the ***** in my skin and saw he had no gloves on. He started medicine asap with no oxygen mask, I felt like I couldnt breathe. I tried to get off table and the nurses were holding me down. Then I was out. I fuzzy remember waking up and being hauled off in the car, my friend said I was hollering I cant breathe. I got back to hotel still having shortness of breath. I go home still having issues, I also had high fever. When I went to hospital, they found bilateral partial lung collapse. Pleural spaces had fluid in them, my cardiologist said this is because I was not given enough oxygen during surgery. I also got a rare infection that started in their OR. I almost was septic when they got to it. All of this within 2 weeks. I had to get implants removed, the area was washed out and drains put in. 2-3 months later, I saw they posted my before and afters on IG, when I clearly did not have implants at that time anymore thanks to the rare infection I got from dirty instruments used. This happen July 13, 2023.

  I had my surgery December 1st. I am giving 2stars because ***** my coordinator was wonderful and caring, my nurse *** was very compassionate and listened to me, ******* was very informative and professional. ****************** was AMAZING! Dr.P was VERY HONEST with me from the start. She explained that I was quoted for the wrong procedure. I needed a Fluer de lis TT and I was quoted for just a full TT. I didn't give 5 stars because of this HUGE inconvenience. But I am happy I got some relief of all the skin I got removed from loosing 100lbs. I came all the way from ** to get this tt. I have dreamed of getting this for YEARS! I went ahead with just the full TT so I didn't get the results I wanted. I was told I need Fluer de lis the day of surgery. I do feel that they should cover a TT revision for me since this was in no way my fault because I was told wrong in the consulte. I went ahead with the surgery because I didn't want this 12 hour drive and time off work to be for nothing. The sad part is, is that if they would have said I needed a Fluer de lis in the consulte, I could have possibly had the money on Dec. 1st but to get told one thing and BOOM have your hopes up for them to say no you need a different procedure that is more expensive. I felt as though I was getting the wrong procedure I told them this ahead but they assured me I was getting the right one. So wrong! Another thing is in the other reviews when they say that this place will ignore your calls, that is true! However that didn't happen with ***** at all. She cared! But others that I have not mentioned will ignore you if they don't want to be bothered. They have caller ID so they know who's calling. Being quoted the wrong procedure is what REALLY upset me. I was so disappointed but I had waited on this day for so so so long. I had to refuse the Fluer de lis TT. Because I was told in my consult that I needed a Full TT. I was financially ready for the price they told me my consult.

  Took my deposit, seemed very friendly and helpful. Requested a clearance from my hematologist which I'm no longer a patient of and they did receive the info stating I was no longer a patient. I had blood issues during pregnancy that I was cleared of. I have a letter from the hematologist that states I do not require follow *** or treatment because my values are adequate. This wasn't enough for some unknown reason. The hematologist stated it is a liability for her to say i am cleared for procedures she knows nothing about, it would be the same as a surgeon clearing me for dental work. Not related. As long as my pre-op bloodwork proves my stats are normal there shouldnt be an issue. I provided my most recent bloodwork and was ignored since. I provided everything I could and have been ignored for a month. I paid a deposit on a surgery and now am being left in the dark as no one has responded to me in any of my emails. I am so disappointed with PPS I sadly would not recommend based on this. The owner responded to my review stating i was insulting them on the phone demanding i have surgery done.....I have never yelled or insulted any of the staff here. ******** was my coordinator and she was beyond polite and sweet. I feel this was out of her hands. The fact that the owner can come on here and lie about what was said is mimdblowing. I never had a cardiologist at any point. A hematologist years ago yes but they have received that letter stating I no longer need following as I am cleared. I paid a $600CD deposit and no one has responded to me in a month. Several emails ignored.

  Had to dispute a charge with my bank in order to get my refund. I initially paid ************************************************************* only way to get a refund is to pay the full balance of **** and they'll refund me the ****, and it'll takes 7 to 10 business days. That was on 6/5/23. I called 2 weeks later and asked about the refund for someone to tell me, "first of all you didnt say you want a refund). I shut her down and explained and she said, (oh). I get put on hold for 20 minutes. Was told i will get an invoice on monday and it would be processed on monday. No invoice; waited a week, called again, was put immediately on hold. Kept calling and got no one. I called almost everyday and nothing. Called 7/5/23 to be placed on hold on 3 occasions (they have caller ID so they won't answer) so I kept hanging up and calling back. Someone finally told me that they would give me an invoice for my refund of ****. I asked if my doctor doesn't clear me, will I get a refund for the scheduled TT. They said no initially, then they said it would be partial with an undisclosed amount. You don't see the doctor who is going to work on you until the day of surgery, then they make you go to your doctor to get cleared only to due bloodwork again the day before surgery. I can't judge the doctor's work because I haven't seen one yet, and the front desk staff are rude and obnoxious. It makes you not want to get surgery done there because you dont know what they are telling them behind closed doors. If you think about booking with this place, think again because you will not be getting your money back.

  UNPROFESSIONAL PLASTIC SURGERY. If I can give this place 0 stars I would!!!! This is the WORST place you can ever go to for surgery. When I went there, it was empty no one goes there and I was not surprised about that. It was concerning how unprofessional this place is. The staff is terrible and uneducated. To be specific, ******* and ******** are super phony and not helpful at all. They will say anything to get your money. They both do NOT know what they are talking about and lie lie LIE about everything. They hire all these young 20 year old girls who have absolutely no type of customer service and are most likely UNEDUCATED. They are rude and passive aggressive. They dont care about your well being at all. They rob you for your money and give out false information just to take your money. They can care less about how you look or feel. BEWARE AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COME HERE. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Do not fall for any of the bs that the coordinators try to sell you. They cancel on you last minute and do not give any refunds. I have reported this clinic to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I will do my best to have this place SHUT DOWN. Save your time, money, energy and body. Do not come here!!!!!! This place is a joke! The girls who work there are embarrassing and should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves professional. I am making sure to leave a DISGUSTING review on every social media platform for this place.I also met the surgeons and they are so unsure about their own work!!! I mean come on!!! How do you expect me to feel comfortable going into surgery when the surgeon is not even sure of their own work??!! The surgeons are not even confident about their own work when you ask questions. They make weird faces and give vague answers. They are not even board certified. Make it make sense. Everyone in this facility is just dumb. Thank me later!

  I Didn't receive the **************** that I Paid for and That I was contracted to receive! I purchased an Abdominalplasty, which consists of A Complete Stomach Muscles' Repair; However, it's Now 1 year later, and I still have a Pouch! I Just paid $50 for a Liposuction consultation, at a Different Plastic **************** in an attempt to get The Flat Stomach Results I was Promised by Professional Plastic Surgery! At my Consultation today I was given the *************** that Im Not a Candidate for Liposuction because I haven't enough Fat Anywhere! That the Pouch is Not a result of Fat, But Its Access Skin that the Surgeon '**************************** ' Neglected to remove. In Addition, I was Informed that My Bel** Button is NOT attached to Anything, It's JUST sitting Ontop of my Skin, because **************************** Did Not reattach my Bel** Button to the Muscle and also that some of my Muscles in my sromach were NOT repaired, Prior to my Surgery, in my consultation with ****************************, she Didn't present herself as A Professional Surgeon who Loves what she Does. She wasn't Positive ,Encouraging nor Reassuring regarding What was about to take place; Instead she Complained of being Underpaid and speaking of the amount of money she could be earning had she worked in a different state! That should have been an Indicator for me to Exit! Flowing my Surgery, she didn't prescribe me any Prescription Pain medication, on** Over the counter medication and a mild muscle relaxer.At the Recover House, Myself and Everybody else, was in Complete Disbelief, that I was able to pull myself up and go to the restroom by myself w/o any help on Day 1, and too ,about the lack of pain I was experiencing.Well today I was Informed ,the reason being, Is that my Bel** Button Muscle wasn't reconnected to the muscle nor was some of the Stomach muscles repaired therefore I wasn't pulling up or on any New ** repaired muscles, which explains why so little pain.
