    This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. We have a leak in our pool since before Thanksgiving and after I don't know how many phone calls, dealing with owner, and more than 7 supervisors and technicians we still have the leak in our pool. We have spent over $ ***** in water filling our pool every time they tell us to and nothing! Still the leak is there ! When we are lucky enough for them to answer our calls , they say they are coming and never show up. I would not deal with them if you have a pool, they are the worst!!!!!!!

    BEWARE their spa service. They will rip you off. I requested a quote and was told they charge $170 for a service call to assess the repairs needed but that the cost of the estimate service call would be applied to the cost of the repair. They lied. They charged me the $170 again when they came to do the repair. Oh, and by the way, they never did give me an estimate for the cost of the ************ it was done, they automatically charged my credit card. I tried t discpute the charge with my credit card but since I had nothing in writing saying they would apply the first charge to the final bill, so I was out of luck.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! GREEN POOL ALL THE TIME!As a $40,000 renovation client turned to their service, I can simply suggest All Florida Pool is a total GARBAGE company full of incompetent 'technicians' who literally can't communicate (in English) and cannot solve the immediate issues they create. Countless issues with customer service, sales, and management. The sales and invoicing team is equally inept. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY'RE AWFUL!

    Used to be a good company. Was bought out and went completely downhill. Technicians who have no idea what they are doing. They do not clean pool on a weekly basis as they are supposed to, yet they will charge your credit card no matter what. Find someone else to service your pool!!

    Worst service. I thought this was a serious company and that my pool would be cleaned correctly every week. None of this happened. I was not able to swim in my pool because the technicians they assigned did not know what they were doing. They switched technicians every week and the technician would call with foul excuses of why he could not come to clean the pool. My credit card was being charged every month $165.00 basically for this company to not clean my pool. NOT PROFESSIONAL . I would call the office , no resolution, I would text ****** the owner or supervisor and he doesn't answer calls or texts. Now they are just ignoring me or blocked me and they kept my money. Do not hire this company you will be totally dissatisfied. I give them thumbs down and no star
